If you want to be lied to and misled, this is your place. Xavier is one of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. They hide information and make it seem like they can help you just to pull the rug from under you in an already tumultuous point of time. I had people sitting to the side who could verify what this man told me, only for him to disrespect and disregard me the next morning. Not once was anything he said today mentioned in any prior emails or calls. It seems your luck with this company depends on if the person who gets your file wants to be a person or a powertripper that day. You offer emergency loans only to waste time and cause unnecessary emotional distress.

The service is there for the ones that are struggling to make ends meet and that really matters the most. The application was easy to fill out and was all done in one day. I will give the customer service a 5 for being accepting and that care.

The only negative was that they didn't accept Koho to make it an easier transaction but not many loan companies do. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with every person I spoke with, and I would recommend their service. This was a life saver loan, so thank you!!

I found the process fast and very efficient to acquire a loan .. I also like the fact that a customer has a 48 hour window to decide if he/she wants to keep the actual loan or return it in full… I think that gives a customer a fair chance to think of the process and decide if that’s what he or she wants … this option is great as it gives a fair window of time to review the terms and conditions and decide if it’s a reasonable choice for him or her … I also feel this company is fair in that they give everyone a chance with fair or great credit … they don’t discriminate based on a lower credit score. Thank you .

I am so happy because I am retired because it’s been difficult traditional loan places wouldn’t even look at me .
But you guys were able to look past that and see that o am just needing a little help during this transition .
