Because I live in an apartment building…
Because I live in an apartment building and another tenant in the building has applied and is not making payments I’m being rejected. I find this ridiculous because thousands of people live in these types of buildings and have no association with each other.

Great company , I had to call twice due to issues with signing in etc and they were very patient and helpful getting it fixed for me .
