PET-Xi Training Opiniões 

It has been several months since I finished my 2nd course with this company, and I haven't received my qualification yet. This has caused me to miss out on a promotion at work, and every time that I contact them regarding this qualification, I get a further excuse... this needs to be rectified

I completed the Level 2 Cyber Security course 31st July 2025. I have chased them several times for my certificate but their response has been inadequate each time. It's now January 2026, and I still don't have my certificate. The course provider is falsely advertising that their students will receive a certificate upon completion of the course. This course provider will collect and store your personal data (and who knows what else they do with your data). The course provider has no intention of issuing any certificates to students. Please don't waste your time with them, as they do not value the time and effort you put into your studies.

Absolutely amazing people, willing to do anything to help, always working in young persons best interest. This company will take you in like family and make you feel as such. As a family we hope our dealings with pet-xi never end!

I can't thank the staff team and leadership at Pet-xi enough for the support that they have given to my 11 year old autistic granddaughter who has constantly struggled with traditional school learning environments. I can honestly say that this is the biggest transformation that we have seen in her positive attitude to school alongside a significant improvement in her general mental health and wellbeing. This is down to the very personalised and tailored support the staff are able to provide. This has been an extremely positive experience for my granddaughter, her parents and the wider family. Thank you Pet-Xi Training for your positive and supportive engagement. On behalf of my granddaughter and daughter, I would definitely recommend your services for any young people who can't engage with more traditional forms of school and educational learning, for whatever reason.

I completed the Cyber Security Level 2 course in July 2025 within 6 weeks (because that's all they give you, otherwise if you go over, you have to pay a fee, that's what I was told when I enrolled). Only after completing the course, I was informed by email that it takes up to 12 weeks to get a certificate. It's now mid November 2025 and I have sent them numerous emails requesting my certificate. I was told that the lady who deals with certificates is on sick leave. Then I was told that request for certificates are now escalated to management team. I requested the contact details for the management team but they won't share those details. Kerry has been very difficult to communicate with and she has not been helpful at all. I also think it's highly inappropriate to collect customer personal data if you have no intention of actually recognising their studies with an official certificate. I can't see how this aligns with GDPR. DO NOT ENROL with PET-Xi, there are other legitimate course providers who will provide you with a far better and honest service (for a small course fee). DO NOT GO WITH THESE FREE COURSE PROVIDERS. You will not get a certificate to recognise your work (which ultimately feels like a big scam to collect and sell personal data).

I have finished my time at PET-Xi training course and have absolutely loved every minute of it! The PET-Xi team are all really friendly, from the moment you walk in the door they welcome you in and start boosting your confidence…Char was amazing and really helpful.

They even helped me prepare for my job interview, giving me tips on what sort of questions I should ask and were really helpful highlighting key information. On completion of the interview…they offered me the job and I start as a Teaching Assistant working in schools across the midlands in a few weeks.

I would highly recommend PET-Xi to anyone looking to up skill or get into the education sector! thank you so much everyone I really do appreciate what you have done for me.!

I signed up for a distance learning course, I discussed that it was at own pace, so I was slower than they seemed happy with. Eventually they have stopped responding, all my work is complete and waiting for a mark, but they have not marked it. I have sent messages via system, emailed and text. No one responding, waste of time.

The course was great to do, what made it helpful was they assigned me a tutor, this helped as you can contact them directly, the tutor would also give me constant feedback which helped me to view things at a different angle.

Had a great experience working for PET-Xi as a trainer when I was a university student. Always had the support I needed and everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly, plus the working schedule was completely flexible which was ideal during university. Would definitely recommend joining :)

Excellent 1-1 tuition online in maths and science for my school year 10 granddaughter. Tutors were kind, patient and gave her a lot of confidence in tackling end of term examinations. We will definitely be booking more online lessons next term

I did a level 2 in cyber security and they were great. It took me ages to complete as Ide got a lot going on. When I called them they said gave me more time and let me keep the laptop until Ide finished it. Thanks for helping and even though it took longer than I wanted it was worth it Great company and trainer thanks

Great to start with, provided laptop to conduct an online course, unfortunately after only 4 weeks, the tutor stopped marking my work.
I had done, and passed 2 elements.
I did another 3, that was 5 months ago.
Failed to be marked, failed to inform me.
And now taken the laptop back.
Waste of my time and effort

I've worked at petxi in the past and have also been a student in the past. They are supporting passionate and wonderful at what they do.
The best company I have came across by far !!

Throughout the gamifacation course, it was really good. I like uniqueness of using gaming as a way to explore different anvenues into the gaming industry. On top of that it was really helpful in many other aspects of my life such as, being able to help me be more motivated. The highlight of the course was definately the teacher/ course leader, Miguel who was just brilliant. Honestly a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to advance their skills within the gaming industry. I hope that they will look to continue the gamifaction course for more people to experience.

It was refreshing and eye opening experience as I gained a lof during my training. My tutor was very helpful and supportive which made it easy to understand.

I had a great Tutor, Jennifer who helped me lot. Not only was I directed to knowledge materials, I was supported and contacted directly online for assistance for me with the core learning materials and assessments.

I recently completed a civil service training course through PET-Xi. I can sincerely say it was one of the most valuable courses I have participated in. Our instructors, Bruce Williams and Sandra Zubyte, were exceptional; they facilitated an engaging learning environment and were very accommodating in reviewing any material I found challenging. They also ensured the course was enjoyable, which significantly contributed to a positive learning experience. I would highly recommend the course and commend the instructors for their professionalism and dedication.

I did a customer service course with PET-Xi not so long ago and it was great. Not only did we have a fabulous Tutor who not only made the classes fun and interactive but he was great when it came to supporting us with our coursework. Wouldn't mind doing another course with this company.
