One of my favorite retailers and recently on an order I needed quickly their support went above and beyond!

Awesome/ Speedy/ Helpful Customer Service when i realized i might have ordered the wrong size - First purchase and won’t be my last. So excited for my tomato dress to come in for my shower. Was recommended by another mama who also wore the same exact dress for hers!!

I ordered a shorts/top set and was really happy when it arrived. Unfortunately after the first wash it seemed to shrink a little and meant I couldn't wear it together anymore. After posting a review on P&P and mentioning this small issue, they reached out within hours. After 2 quick emails and letting them know what happened I was given an unexpected full refund for the item. Elizabeth at customer service was so friendly & professional and customer service was 10/10.

Fantastic quality of clothes and the most incredible customer service. Quick, polite, professional and issue resolved within a single response, no going back and fourth etc, even when it wasn't their fault. I honestly can't fault. Will shop there over and over.

I had a shipping issue with the carrier for some items that I ordered that didn’t arrive at my house. Petal& Pup responded to my email promptly and issued me a full refund. Their customer service team was very friendly and responsive. I was very impressed. I love Petal & Pup clothing and I am happy to know that their team is as wonderful as their brand..

Absolutely cannot fault Petal and Pup. My new fave online store. Clothes quality and sizing is amazing and customer service was fabulous.

What made my experience so incredibly wonderful, is that recently I ordered the wrong size of 2 beautiful Betina dresses and 2 more items, that the customer service is so kind and work tirelessly to help each and every one of their customers to be so satisfied and I am so very much appreciative for their time! I purchased the Lucille maxi dress, very disappointed as it’s 100% polyester and looks so different to the photos online. Feels very cheap and the website advertised 100% rayon. Not happy that I paid $120 for a poly dress made in China. When I left a negative review on their website it was deleted.

I sent a message to Reagan today. As always, she was just THE best help. She makes the company look great. Most companies are happy to see you when you're buying, but customer service for dealing with even the simplest of complications can be maddening! Reagan has answered my questions multiple times and is wonderful. Be sure she knows how much the company values her! Give the girl a raise, for the love of Pete! Kate Clements

Ordered a dress to big, shipped back within a few days they got my items now been over 10 weeks no return, ordered through afterpay sent screenshot to afterpay they told there still working on it still haven't received anything, would not use ever again.

Bad customer service, in regards to following up refunds they say it takes 3 to 5 days but took 11 days
Don’t buy from them as they take too long to sort out the refunds to your account!!!

I love petal & pup! It is my go to store for teacher outfits, wedding guest dresses, and of course everything in between. I have never been disappointed with product quality, sizing, etc. however I am writting this review for the amazing Reagan, who happily assisted me with making a return - she was fast at replying, clear communication, friendly and efficient. My problem was resolved within half of a day - this positive customer service I have never received before, especially dealing with online stores! Thanks Reagan for the great experience shopping at petal & pup :)

After one more email and this review they have giving back the money, so thats gives them 2 stars. I dont know how there products are, but they look good.

My order was sent to me correctly, but unfortunately it got lost in the mail. The address was difficult to find, so it was returned to the sender. I assumed it would take a few weeks for it to get back to me, which I didn't mind.
Unfortunately, I received a message that my order had been canceled by Petal&Pup and that they would refund the money. I wasn't happy about this, but oh well. Then I saw that they hadn't refunded the high shipping costs. I asked about this, and they said they had used it to send the order.
Of course, I understand that, I'm not stupid, but since I didn't receive anything, I assume I don't have to pay anything.
It's not my fault that the courier couldn't find the address; as a company, you take responsibility for that. Unfortunately, Reagan didn't understand that, so I'm not getting my money back. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

I am a long standing customer of Petal and Pup and the customer service is outstanding. I asked if I could have the latest discount applied to items I bought full price and Anna from the team replied within hours and let me know they would honour the discount. Love your work team!
