Theivs, display unavailable items once you buy it, they don't refund your money claiming that waiting for approval which will never come, don't buy from them, I have 11 cats buying from different apps in UAE and others never faced such issue

Pet Corner UAE – Very Poor Online Ordering Experience
Very disappointing online shopping experience with Pet Corner UAE.
I placed an online order for dog and cat food, completed checkout, and paid successfully. My order showed “under processing.” The next day, I was informed that several items I had already paid for were out of stock.
I was offered replacements, but I wasted a lot of time trying to find alternatives because almost everything shown as “available” on the website was also out of stock. This should not happen—if items are unavailable, the system should not allow checkout or payment.
When I requested a refund, I was told that refunds are not offered, only wallet credit for future purchases. After such poor service, forcing customers to accept store credit is unacceptable.
On top of this, Pet Corner charges a platform fee (separate from VAT), yet their platform fails to manage inventory accurately. The fee feels unjustified given the inconvenience, wasted time, and misleading stock availability.
This misleading stock information and automatic fee charge constitute an unfair commercial practice under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). I request that this practice be investigated and rectified to ensure transparent and fair online sales. @ Ministry of Economy/Dubai Economy & Tourism/DED

• No proper refund option
• Wasted customer time

So I have bought items that don’t exist , haven’t been delivered yet being questioned about refund . Finally got them to do a refund and it’s a scam - they refunded to an account that isn’t mine. Yet again on the phone all day trying to rectify . Isn’t taking someone’s money theft?

Mobile grooming
I booked a mobile appointment on the 26th October with Adelaide and asked for the payment link then recieved a message saying it would not be possible to have the service as I lived to far away, even though we have had all our dogs over the the last 18years groomed by Pet Corner. The customer service follow up to get a booking based on having more customers in our area was terrible. Non responsive even after WhatsApp and calls. 5 weeks after still trying to get an appointment insisted on speaking to a supervisor / manager Sherlylin who promised she would come back to me did not and called her again. Bottom line after using this company since we have had dogs in Dubai will not be using there services and they need to change there approach to the customer.

Team are very distracted, no follow up, they took long time to answer my inquiry and I got no clear answer
I was then forced to go with the service as they deducted the money for wrong service and at the end Full grooming was actually a basic one o couldn’t capture any difference.
No recommended at all

I cancelled the order as it is the wrong food. Again money is taken off my account and I’m not refunded but money is put in my wallet which I am forced to spend. Please cancel this order and refrain from taking money off my account

not trustworthy business
I have seen countless ads on Instagram promoting this pet shop, but my experience has been disappointing. After placing an order, I didn’t receive any updates or delivery for over three days. When I reached out to them, they informed me that the items were out of stock.
I demanded a refund, yet they insisted on issuing store credit instead of returning my money to my original payment method. This is unacceptable. Their customer service is slow and unresponsive, showing a complete lack of attention to their customers' needs.
Despite having numerous branches, this does not reflect the quality of their service, and I do not consider them a trustworthy business.
