I placed an order around 12 AM and received it around 10AM. They did care to consider the urgency in my note during checkout and I appreciate the efforts.

Five stars without a doubt! 🙌

Pets Club has been one of my go-to for pet supplies, and they never disappoint! Delivery driver Vitus is not only fast and efficient but also genuinely friendly — every order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Their prices are some of the best in Dubai (and I always compare before buying). Once, I had a minor non-delivery issue, and the owner personally sorted it out within hours — late at night, no less — and even added generous complimentary items as a thoughtful gesture. That kind of service is rare and proves how much they value their customers. Five stars without a doubt! 🙌

Always have a very good experience with Pets club. Processing and delivery is quick and without fuss. I order dog food regularly from Abu Dhabi and it arrives as planned on time and they don't ask you to send your location on whatsapp or ask what your address is when it is clearly on the package label like many couriers do.
