Best Customer Servive I have ever had.
To start off, I really need to give a high five to my Customer Service Representative, Fred. I sent an email to Petcove support with an issue I’ve had for the last 3 months and I did not expect to receive a response for a couple days. However that was not the case. I got a return email within an hour or less and followed Fred’s direction to check my unit and sent photos as asked. Fred told me he sent the info to his team for review. I honestly did not expect another response for awhile, but the next day when I reached out to ask for any updates, he sent me a tracking number for the total replacement of my Petcove auto cleaning litter box. I was blown away! Never expected a total replacement. This is truly the best and most prompt to respond Customer Service Team I have ever dealt with. Fred made the process so easy and pleasant. So Kuddos again to you Fred. I Love my Petcove product and their Awesome Customer Service Team. They truly stand behind their products and lifetime warranty.

Wow the way this team and specifically Alondra helped me through out the process of figuring out what was wrong/ replacing our broken litter box was BEYOND AMAZING. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were quick to reply and I really appreciated the recommendation on other options of how to possibly fix it. And then getting our new one shipped out so fast and delivered within only a couple days was so fantastic. We love love love our litter box and I’m so happy with this team and Alondra’s help with our new one and being so understanding. Thank you PetCove team!!

Always apply for the lifetime warranty
After putting in a claim for replacement parts for the Petcove automatic litter pan, I thought I would just be getting the replacement parts I asked for but, instead, they sent me an entirely new litter pan. I admire your company’s customer service. It has been a pleasure working with you. Customer service has gone down hill, this day and age, but this company has been amazing!!! Thank you!!

Petcove customer service is fantastic. I had an especially great experience with Fred, who was extremely helpful in helping me work through replacing my automatic litter box. He was extremely responsive and prompt in helping come to a solution, and made an experience that was initially bothersome very smooth and easy.

Purrtek Lite Litter box
I purchased the Purrtek Lite Litter box as a christmas gift. My kids absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it stopped working last week. When I contacted Petcoveshop and explained what was happening Alondra took care of everything immediately. She did not give me a runaround and was able to get us a replacement right away. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from this company as they stand behind their products.

I bought large cat litter box that said…
I bought large cat litter box that said was good size from cats up to 22lbs. Easy to set up and shipped quickly but unfortunately it was not large enough for us as we have 3 Maine Coon cats. They were all to big to get in box and even turn around.
Contacted Petcoveshop and spoke with Alondra. Very pleasant lady and understanding my problem.
Sent me a return label and I shipped it back and received refund all in one week.

Alondra was amazing to work with. My unit quit working after 9 months. Sent a quick video & they issued me out a new unit within 24 hours. Let me keep my old unit as well. Probably the best customer service a company has offered.

After a problem I had with my litter box having an odour issue, I contacted customer service . They went above and beyond to fix my issue and keep their customer happy . After a small piece broke off our litter box, it would no longer work so we called to maybe get a replacement part. Alondra let us know that the part was on back order but the company would gladly replace our litter box. It arrived within 3 days of talking with Alondra. We were amazed at such good customer service and wish every company would stand behind their products like this one! Thank you so much. We have bought 3 units total, one for us and 2 for our adult children. So glad we chose this brand!

Awesome customer service
I had purchased an automatic self-cleaning litter box that I purchased on Amazon. When I notified the manufacturer about a malfunction with the cover for disposed litter, they were very responsive and accommodating. I was surprised and relieved that they did this for me. It’s hard to come by good customer service these days, so it’s worth the purchase. Kudos!

The Purrtek Light Self-Cleaning Litterbox
Even though the litter box didn't work for five months, the customer service I recieved from Alondra really helped and got me a new one! The litter box itself is great for large cats and for cats who don't like more enclosed automatic litter boxes. It comes with a nice set of bags, and it's very easy to clean since it doesn't stain easily, which is a bonus when cleaning. Overall, this is a very good product with some minor issues, and it's definitely worth the price if you're looking for an affordable, open automatic litter box.
