Excellent service overall
Excellent service overall. Had some slight issues at the start due to lack of communication but the team went above and beyond to rectify and the final report was very comprehensive so I'm very pleased with the overall service and would highly recommend.

Extensive Home Survey
I worked with Shaun Blake for an extensive Home Survey. He even spent some time after the survey to discuss some of his findings and proposed solutions. The report was comprehensive and written in easy to understand language. Very pleased with the result. Many thanks.

Party Wall Surveyor
Argash was appointed to deal with my Party Wall Award. He was polite and very professional. He explained every aspect in detail of the Award and the plans. This assisted in allaying my concerns regarding the proposed works. I cannot speak more highly of Argash. Peter Barry Surveyors must be very pleased to have him working as part of their team.

Engaged for a Level 2 Survey
Engaged for a Level 2 Survey - really quick responses, managed to find us an earlier slot given pressures on timelines to complete too. Easy to read & understand the survey itself, didn’t need a follow up with the surveyor although this was offered. Overall, really great experience.

We found Peter Barry Surveyors using AI. Joanne Bartlett was quick to respond to our enquiry, communication was excellent throughout the whole process and the debrief by David was thorough and reassuring.
They provided a very thorough RICS Level 2 survey for our daughter's first apartment in SW6. A great outcome with this company and would highly recommend and use them again!

Our party wall agreement with our neighbours was drawn up by Cameron who was responsive and clearly explained the process. Found him to be thorough and reassuring and will be using PBS in the future. We are returning customers as it is.

Excellent and thorough service
Excellent and thorough service
I used Peter Barry for a Level 2 survey and valuation on a flat in East London and the experience was first class. Joanne Bartlett was very responsive throughout the booking and follow-up, and David Breeze AssocRICS carried out a careful and detailed inspection. The report was clear, balanced and practical, with sensible recommendations and an independent valuation that gave me real confidence to proceed. Communication was warm and professional from start to finish. Would recommend without hesitation, and I will be back in touch for future valuations.

Ask me again in 10 or 15 years
Ask me again in 10 or 15 years, when I'll truly know whether the survey they did upon the house that I am hoping to buy was accurate or not. It's far too early to judge them on the accuracy of their work, but definitely worth more than four and a half stars in terms of being easy, polite and professional to deal with.
