Fantastic product. My dog ate the chews happily and it has helped improve her stiffness! Outstanding customer service when I had questions around the ingredients.

I had to cancel The subscription I didn't ask for but they had already sent another packet which they told me too return for 90 days refund, I'm now having trouble getting a refund they don't recognise the order number despite it being on everything and won't accept it was posted it back unopened

No problems with the service I received, very helpful company.
Unfortunately my dog did not benefit from the pills/chews as I think she was too old, she has now passed away at the age of 15.

Our 11 year old Golden Retriever actually likes the chews and does not reject or eject them as he does with other products. His movements when on walks has noticeably improved since taking the PetGently chews.

We have an 11 year old long coat chihuahua. Two years ago he damaged his cruciate ligament on his left back leg, the vet said he would repair on his own being a small dog, this took about 10 months. The other leg got damaged about six weeks ago. Again it is repairing itself, no jumping up, going upstairs, 10 minute walk slowly a day. Already the improvement this time is amazing. I’ve seen bad reviews about this product, but for my dog it works!

Have been using this, on my 12yr old Pug, for a few weeks. He takes it easily and, to date, it appears to be helping. I have great expections but only time will tell.

I've been using these for my 12 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier who was struggling to get up the stairs at bedtime. She now bounds up the stairs and leaps on my bed. The difference is amazing

I,ve tried various joint supplements for my dog over the years he is now nearly 13 years old. I changed from my current provider a couple of weeks ago to Pet Gently products mainly for stiff joints and a back foot that's started dragging now and again. I have to say my dog seems to have been given a new life....... he is good for his years but I've found a more energetic dog is waking up every morning and this started probably after the first week of use. He seems to have been stimulated we are so happy with this product and believe me I do my research and am very picky when it comes to my Rossi. I bought 6 months worth at an excellent price and will continue to do so hoping my lad is with me for a long time yet.

I have tried so many different joint supplements for my dog who has a slight limp, none of those worked for her so i tried Petgently, after just 1 week we saw a slight improvement. On our second bag now, there's a massive improvement, pretty much no limping at all. Overall very happy (obviously) and would recommend this to anyone!

My dog has been getting Pet Gently as directed for a month now, haven't noticed much improvement . So probably try something else.

No problem with the company except i discovered i have subscribed when I only made a one off purchase for my dogs to try. I have 9 dogs and none of them ate the chews. I'm in the process of trying to cancel the subscription I didn't know I'd signed up to!

My delivery has now been delayed 3 times. I have found out that this is not a uk based company its in Ireland and they do not make it themselves its imported. You can't get your money back as there is no PayPal option.

I am giving these to my two 8 year old working Labs in the hope they will MAINTAIN their current level of soundness, rather than feeding them to help a specific problem, although I suspect they are both already slighly arthritic.
It is of course difficult to quantify whether they are better for taking them, as they are not unsound per se. However, I DO want to say that the Customer Service I received has been absolutely fantastic. On two occasions Evri let this business down badly by failing to deliver to the correct address and much time was wasted in tracking down the package which was with a neighbour some 10 houses away (who failed to inform me!) Pet Gently responded IMMEDIATELY and everything was done to ensure I remain a very satisfied customer.

We have a Cocker Spaniel who hasn't been walking very well and was unable to jump up onto the couch. Five weeks later she goes for longer walks and is able to jump on the couch unaided.
