I have now amended my review as I have received the product. If you sorted out the delivery times to be as advertised eg 48 hours. Then I'd give it a 5 star but having to wait for 3 weeks was disappointing. The product is amazing so such a shame you have to wait so long. I would do the monthly subscription but I'd just end up with a delay and then a surplus.

April dealt with my query really quickly and efficiently. Some confusion over the fact that we had lost one pet and the current order was for the other dog, she was very sympathetic and sorted it out for me

Great product .. took a little too long to arrive but good value for money

I ordered my tablets express delivery and set up a subscription however my delivery date has passed and despite sending emails i have had no response and there is no update or tracking on file, this is extremely disappointing when you are awaiting supplements for your pet. If anyone from the company reads this then maybe you can have the decency to let me know where my order is order no. 10431

They seem to works well

We have been getting pet gently for four or five months, our dog was struggling with stuff legs, struggling to get up on her back legs and one front let uncomfortable at times. Now she is stiff a little after too much ball playing but so much better, she is more interested in walks and seems to find moving much easier.

Amazing supplement
This is the best supplement I have ever given my old Labrador. His coat is gleaming and he has a new lease of life. He actually runs across the lawn again. He hasn’t ran in 2 years

My dog has arthritis in his hips and I'm trying things to see if they will bring him comfort and mobility.
He seems to enjoy them and reminds me after his breakfast and tea to give it to him.
He has tried one other before and this one seems just as good or maybe better.
I love the great natural ingredients they contain, as I try to keep his diet etc as natural as possible.
He's only been on them a couple of weeks, so I look forward to seeing how he improves in the future.

I like the fact that the supplement is chewy and more appetising for my dog. She has been eating these for the last 6 weeks roughly but as yet I see no difference in her mobility.

My 10 year old GSD has been taking these joint chews and since taking them we’ve seen an improvement in her mobility, she not likely ever going run like crazy but the movement that’s she has gained makes us smile

My 13 year old collie has definitely been walking and better on her feet since taking pet gently joint dog chews and seems livelier too

We started our 11 year old golden retriever on Pet Gently because he was having trouble jumping on the sofa and climbing stairs. We are now on his third pack and is much improved. He seems to have a lot more strength in his legs.

Before using Pet Gently my 13.5 yr old Jack Russell Steve had to be carried up and down stairs and would whimper and just stare at the floor, I thought that dreaded vet visit was looming. Three weeks in taking Pet Gently and he can get up and down full flights of stairs, can jump down from the sofa (still uses steps to get up for now) and wants to play with his tug toy again. I am so grateful. X x

My girl has bad hips, she's a 9yr gsd who still has the mindset of a puppy! I've tried A LOT of things. As with everything though you have to give it time to work and in the meantime you are spending a fortune on something that you're just hoping against hope will work. I thought I'd give these a go, nothing to lose! So far she's been on them a month, and she seems to be full of life. She likes the taste of them too which is great! I doubled up her daily amount for the first 2wks so it could start working quicker and I really do think it is doing her the world of good. Will I carry on using them? Definitely, the price is decent too

Fast delivery, friendly and informed staff.
We have been using this for 43 days now and have stopped using the vet injection as we note our 14y 8m old dog gets the same relief from the one a day chew.
We hope for continued improvement long term. He is running round the garden again, but still not jumping onto the sofa,(he may be trying it on though).
We recomend this product. We have tried other products, but this one is working for us.

Have been giving Pet Gently to our 15 year old toy poodle for several months now and she is definitely showing the benefits. I feel it has put back the spring in her step, which is a joy to see. Only downside for us is that the chews are impossible for her to eat as she no longer has any teeth, but we manage to administer it by crushing the treats and mashing into soft meat. Would be grateful for a powder formulation, if this is possible in the future.

My 8 year old GSD, Moose has an arthritic hind leg. We give him supplements but since giving him Petgently joint care chews he’s been so much better. In fact he has stopped limping. I’ve also been able to stop some of his extra supplements as they're in the chews so it works out economical too.
Moose loves to eat the chews so there’s no issue with hiding them in his food. I would definitely recommend A+++

Quick delivery. Very palatable treat. Too early to see if any benefit. I have emailed the company and received a quick reply which is great. However I feel the promise of a 90 day supply from the website should be a 90 day supply and not 80 days ( 4 packs of 60 treats = 80 days supply when giving 3 treats per day as recommended for body weight) Nowhere on website does it indicate how many treats per bag. A little disappointed with this, maybe I expect too much but do feel a little bit miffed to be honest that all they said was we will look into this and thanked me for pointing this out. This shouldn’t have happened in the first place!!
