I bought 2 large Petnap large heating pads for my cats 2 years ago. . One was replaced on arrival as it didn’t work and it was replaced. One stopped working last week; l emailed Petnap but there was no response. I phoned repeatedly but there was no answer or even a voicemail. My cats love the Petnap heating pads and as Siamese cats , they do not like any interruption in their sleeping routines so l have ordered 2 more, one as a spare in case it breaks down again.
It was an unpleasant experience trying to get any form of communication from this company.

I have been looking for a heated bed for my cats for ages. They have a heating mat but squabble over it, so I thought a bed would be a nice addition.
It’s lovely, well made and washable, which is always good!
I wish I could say all 3 cats love it, but being weird little beasties; one regards it with deep suspicion, one is indifferent and one really loves it. He looks so sweet snuggled up in his new warm bed.
