A had a recommendation to petnap on a FB post and I ordered one of their heated cat beds straight away. Being Siamese my three cats are incredibly fussy, but they jumped straight in and have totally made themselves at home in their beautiful new bed.
The delivery was speedy and the product is well made and worth every penny.

I bought two whelping boxes XL and large neither have lasted for two weeks no support even after I complained on eBay

Thanks for you rreply but why not own up to a terrible product on this occasion, I have given you the evidence in photos I've actually,bought a lot from you 4 whelping boxes in the last 3 years the first two were good, the third one fel, apart but luckily not till week 2 but this last one fel, apart after 2 days! I have also bought 3 pet beds from you again all good, I'm a good customer and feel completely let down by your aftercare which is non existent and your rejective attitude to the fact I do have a genuine complaint the item was not cheap I expected it to last longer than a few days to state I'm a serial complainer shows your not really interested in customer satisfaction

Best pet shop around. They are knowledgeable and some of the best people you will ever meet. I started going there when my cat got sick and I needed to find special food for her to eat. They were so helpful. I won’t buy from anyone else.

On time shipping. My cats love this heated igloo once they realised they prefer it as it is heated. It is only a few watts so cheap to run. Both my cats are older so love keeping warm in the winter.I have added an extra flurry cushion from a standard igloo for extra comfort. At times They both will try to squeeze in it and they aren’t small cats!

My cat loves his heated pad, especially during the cold winter months nights.
The first day that we received the pad and turned it on, he didn't move his lazy bum from his now heated/cosy bed :D

The heat mat is barely warm and would have thought it would have produced more heat than it does

Really fast order processing and shipping. I was concerned that the quality of the product might not be great as the price was very reasonable, and being a pet heat mat I was slightly worried about the risk of fire, but no need! Excellent value for money on a high quality product that is just what I wanted (dog is recovering from some treatment for a spinal condition).

I've bought electric pet heat pads before from Petnap and they are a very good company. Reliable and reasonably priced. Fast delivery also.

I have rated my review 3 star. I must consider my overall experience which is a shame as the actual heat pad works very well.
The problem resulted from a second order of a cover for the heat pad. Basically, having paid for the cover and the delivery charge, I have not recieved it. Petnap has informed me that Royal Mail had delivered it, which they haven't. So I asked my neighbours if they had it delivered which they have said they haven't. I feel that Royal Mail has let Petnap down. I understand how disappointing this must be to Petnap. I have recieved a very prompt refund.

Having previously owned one of these heated pet blankets we know how good they are. Our twenty year old senior cat needs more than just ordinary throws. Ordered exactly same model online. Kept up to date with delivery timelines and cat is now happy as are we!

Bought the heat pad and got the wrong size… I tried to contact them but had no response! No one answered the phone and no response to email!!

**Edit** I did buy life drops also had no problem with that other than the bottle of life drops was only 3/4 full but that may be a manufacturing fault.

No email received on the day stated, I have checked and double checked.
