It’s really interesting and helpful to hear your perspective about the emails too 🙏 Some people find comfort and motivation in supportive messages during the search, while others, especially when emotions are already very raw, can experience them quite differently 😔
So genuinely, thank you for mentioning it so honestly and kindly. Feedback like this really helps us improve and better understand how differently people experience these situations.

Savoir que tu t’es senti soutenu, entouré et compris dans un moment aussi difficile nous touche vraiment beaucoup 🙏

Perdre ou chercher son compagnon de vie est tellement éprouvant émotionnellement 😔 Alors si nous avons pu t’apporter un peu de réconfort, d’espoir ou simplement le sentiment de ne pas être seul(e), alors cela compte énormément pour nous 💛

Et merci aussi d’avoir pris le temps de recommander PetRadar aux autres familles d’animaux..🫶

We’re really sorry this felt stressful 😔 We know how overwhelming it is when a pet is missing, and the last thing we would ever want is for someone to feel ignored or abandoned during that situation.

But we also want to clarify a few things 🙏 We replied to your direct messages immediately, sent multiple emails, and when you had trouble accessing the poster, we even resent it directly to you as a PDF attachment to make things easier.

The error message you shared with us also didn’t appear to come from PetRadar itself, but rather from your email/browser environment 😥 So although we absolutely understand the frustration, the issue didn’t seem to be caused by our service.
We genuinely did try to help and communicate with you throughout...

Wat verdrietig dat jullie kat vermist is 😔

We willen wel graag één belangrijk punt verduidelijken: de advertenties zijn volledig optioneel. We bieden al heel veel gratis aan, zoals de vermelding op onze website, QR-posters, het dashboard, zoekgidsen, meldingssysteem en ondersteuning tijdens de zoektocht.

De betalende optie gaat specifiek over gesponsorde advertenties. Dat zijn geen gewone posts, maar echte reclamecampagnes waarvoor wij Meta rechtstreeks moeten betalen, net zoals advertenties in een krant of op andere platformen geld kosten 🙏

We begrijpen heel goed dat emoties hoog oplopen wanneer een geliefd huisdier vermist is, en dat het verschil tussen posts en advertenties niet voor iedereen meteen duidelijk is in zo’n stressvolle situatie.

We hopen oprecht dat jullie kat snel weer veilig thuiskomt,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about our posters and lost pet map 🩷

We also wanted to clarify one thing that can sometimes be confusing: the public organic Facebook post itself is not the actual advertising campaign.
The real visibility comes from the ads targeted to people in the specific local area where the pet went missing - so the number of followers or likes on our pages does not affect how many local people see the campaign.

We’re sorry to read this, though your review is quite surprising.

We take customer support very very seriously and respond to every single message we receive from all pet parents, personally and as quickly as possible, regardless of the issue. I haven't been able to find any inquiry from you in our system.

We also asked you to provide any proof of using our service and none has been provided. Because of this, we unfortunately have no way to verify your claims.

Editing your review and mentioning my name after I signed a public response does not mean you had prior contact with me privately 🙏

So I do have to ask: are you sure your message was actually sent to us?
Had we received it, we would have gladly looked into your account and explained the situation. If your furry friend was found quickly, that’s of course wonderful news 🐾

Reviews unfortunately aren’t the right place to resolve account-specific payment issues, but we are always available and happy to help when contacted directly 💛.
