I received my order in seprate stages which I worried about but after an email sent they reasured me that the other part order was on the way. Very quick to reply to emails and my order was very quick being delivered. Well packed, well presented, a d the product is top class, I get a lot of people stopping g me asking where I purchased the stroller. I have had many good comments about it. My frenchie Hugo loves it. He thinks he is a king riding in his chariot. We can stop out all day now, stay together and enjoy exploring more places. Love the tavo.

I bought both the transparent rain cover and the orthopedic memory foam cushion for my InnoPet stroller, and they’ve been fantastic. The rain cover fits perfectly, keeps my dogs dry, stays secure in windy weather, and still gives them a clear view out. The memory foam cushion is really comfortable and has made a noticeable difference, especially on longer walks, as my dogs settle much more easily.

I ordered from PetsOwnUs and couldn’t be happier with the service. Delivery was really quick, everything arrived well packaged, and both products are excellent quality and fit perfectly. They’ve made the stroller even better. Definitely worth the money and I’d highly recommend both the products and PetsOwnUs.

I ordered the eco stroller as im going on holiday and the wee man is getting old and id like him to enjoy his holiday with out any pain and this did not disapoint well put together and comfy the wee man took to it instantly so i ordered the orthapedic cushion to make him more comfartable it also came when it said it would definetly recomend pets own us for your furballs needs

Pram came really quickly and very easy to put it together. Alex loves sitting in it watching the world go by! So easy to steer/push and manoeuvres round things very easily would recommend

Absolutely brilliant customer service very nice to deal I purchased the tavo Maeve Roscoe system for my minature dachshund it is beautiful quality so well made with lots of attention to detail I bought a size small and there is plenty of room for bella would highly recommend this company and the pet car seat /pram system from Tavo x

Good personal service from Patrick. The Hercules stroller is well made and easily folds down for transport. Allowed us to take our 12yo arthritic LabxCollie to the beach so we could all have a good day out. Once he was zipped in, he lay down and appeared to appreciate not having to walk all the way.

Pets own us should be very proud of their customer service! Wow what a company. Ordered a buggy for my dog, my fault wrong size. The company were brilliant and organised a replacement for me. Absolutely fantastic company! Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I wasn't sure which dog stroller to choose and they gave me great advice via WhatsApp with a couple of choices for my senior Chihuahua. Once I ordered, delivery was super fast and when the first stroller I chose was too big they organised it to be collected, delivered a smaller one and actioned my refund all within 48 hours. At every step the person I was dealing with was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and extremely efficient, going above and beyond. On top of that their products are great!
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and will be telling all my doggy parents to shop with them 🐾
