We are very pleased with our purchase of the Ibiyaya Speedy Evolution Pet Stroller and our experience with this company. We were initially hesitant to place an online order for a big ticket item not having seen it in person, however the website was very informative and the responsiveness of the company”s customer service department put our mind at ease. Delivery was really quick. It’s a fantastic stroller, we like the easy steering, its compact size, its weight and how quickly it will fold down / go up. We wish we had purchased it sooner.

We needed a pet stroller for our ageing dog and found one at Pets Own Us. Unfortunately when it arrived we found we had ordered one that was too big for the house/car and for my wife to push.

I contacted Pets Own Us about a return / exchange. It was so easy. It was all done via WhatsApp with a response from them an immediately. They handled the pick up and the ordering/shipment of the new one.

We are delighted with the stroller. It’s given our old girl a new lease of life as she can go out on walks again with her younger sister.

Excellent company.
Ordered the innopet adventure stroller for my elderly dog and there was a manufacturing issue with it. Contacted Patrick and he went the extra mile and within fifteen minutes of contacting him our replacement stroller was on its way and collection arranged for the faulty one. Amazing customer service so caring and understanding. Thank you so much I have one happy dog

We found petsownus to be an excellent company and the Sporty Evr stroller for our older medium sized 20kg rescue staffie. There was a slight issue when it was delivered but this was rectified quickly and efficiently and we were so impressed with the friendly customer service we received via Whatsapp. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The stroller is easy for him to get in and out and has 3 flaps front/back and one at the top which all have zips and a handy storage compartment at the back. It also comes with a waterproof cover which we haven't had to use yet. The frame, wheels and build quality are very sturdy. It folds down compactly for easy storage and is easy to manouver & also has a brake. All in all we are very impressed with the Sporty Evr. We also purchased the cup/phone holder accessory which is very useful. Thank you petsownus 👍🏻

Absolutely life changing product. My blind dog adjusted very quickly and loves his pram! He once again loves going to his favourite parks. Very smooth ride and easy to control and travel around the city. Would recommend if you have a pet with any sort of mobility issues.

Unfortunately, although I purchased 3 different sizes of the Walkin Warrior harness, none fitted my lean 11 year old Dobermann just right. Pets Own Us were excellent in their return and refund policy. You can buy safely from this company, knowing that if the item is not right for your particular needs they have a no quibble return policy.

I recently bought an InnoPet Comfort EFA ECO stroller from Petsownus for my 12 year old Cavalier King Charles spaniel. He has a severe heart murmur and is very arthritic, so is no longer strong enough to go for walks. However, the stroller I bought is absolutely amazing and has enabled me to start taking him to his favourite lakeside spots again along rough terrain. It is really easy to push and, after some initial anxiety, my dog now seems very relaxed and comfortable sitting in it.

The customer support I received from Patrick was absolutely second-to-none. He kindly answered all of my queries prior to my purchase and reassured me that my choice of stroller was the right one for my dog’s needs. It was very competitively priced compared to other online retailers selling InnoPet dog strollers I checked. The stroller was shipped to me very quickly (I received it less than 48 hours after placing my order) and was well-packaged. I found it very quick and easy to put together. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. Thanks a million!

I can't recommend Petsownus highly enough. From their product range, pricing and top notch communications via WhatsApp chat - just perfect.
I took delivery* of a Comfort Air Eco yesterday. It was so simple to put together, and so sturdy and well made. It also looks fabulous! Took my elderly Shih Tzu, Sammy out for his first trips (the steeper uphill bits only) today, and he was so good.
*The 'Next Day' delivery didn't happen - but that's the carrier's fault.

I hadn’t ordered from this company before so was a little unsure. How wrong was I. Amazing customer service. Kept to date about everything through out. Even a phone call. The T6 dog pram is just the best and I I’m over the moon with it. Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from here again. Thankyou very much.

Dishonest marketing, this business took advantage of us when we were desperate and were looking for help for our crippled dog. They sold the dog wheelchair - Large Dog Wheelchair, Rear -Walkin’ Wheels with a 30 day no question return promise clearly prominent on their website.
When our dog could not get on with their product, they tried to get us to keep it and sell it ourselves. Then they warned that they might deduct 25-50% of the original price from the refund if it was found to be in a 'used condition'. They then deducted 75% of the original price from the refund because there was dog hair on a part of the wheelchair worth about £10.00 - retailing at £40.00. They also claimed the frame was scratched - this was not something we had noted when packing and photographing the item - but again a full respray of the item they claim was damaged would have been about £50.00 - this for an item costing £499.99

In response to the reply from‘Petsownus’ I stand by my review- any business that thinks a 75% deduction from refund is justified by ‘dog hairs’ is barking up the wrong tree.
For context- as they feel it is important - the wheelchair component parts were carefully wiped down and cleaned before returning them at considerable expense in the original packaging.
Potential customers of petsownus- be sensible look elsewhere- they’re quick to rebutt legitimate complaints and totally mercenary in their dealings either customers.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
I’d also point out that strangely they overhauled and updated their returns policy during this period - odd coincidence I think.

Patrick from petsownus was fantastic. Had a small issue with an item showing in stock but not actually being available. Patrick reached out to confirm timing and offered a refund if that was needed. Timing was critical as we had pet flights booked and needed an airline approved crate. Patrick stayed in close contact and made the process smooth and easy. Would recommend the team at petsownus based on the communication customer service alone!
