Don't trust I never got my items
Cancel order because "out of stock" but still on site
They cancelled an order with no warning, and the items they claimed are out of stock are still available for purchase from the site. I strongly believe they cancel all discounted items and hope you add a full price item to your order.
Update-Pharmaca bankruptcy
Update, their parent company filed for bankruptcy. That explains all the non shipped orders and out of stocks that everyone is complaining about. You can search online and find news articles to confirm
Cancelled order that they accidently discounted
Review: I ordered product on sale and the item was cancelled. I called and was told it was not cancelled that it was on backorder. I patiently waited over month and then was told and the website said it was complete. I never received product. I tried to contact them numerous times and was not successful. I finally was able to get ahold of someone. I requested the same product but instead of the original 120 pills (that were not in stock) that they send me two (60 pills) of the exact same product. That request was denied. All that I asked was for them to honor the sale price that they offered. I had also ordered the exact same products a week earlier and I asked that they refund the difference in the non sale price. They refused and I was told that the items that I purchased were not supposed to be on sale. So if their company makes a mistake they will not honor sale prices or provide an type of remedy. Now all the sales are over and they couldn't even care to correct the issue.

For many years I have used Pharmaca almost exclusively as my source for vitamins, skincare, and body products. The past 4 orders that I have placed had products that said "backordered 10-14 days". However, after a few weeks, they cancel the order of those backordered items saying the order can't be fulfilled. Those products are still listed online. They're obviously selling products that they don't have. I know that Pharmaca was acquired by a company called Medly in 2021, and that's about when my orders stopped being fulfilled. I'm really bummed they ruined such a good thing. I'll never order from Pharmaca again.
Don’t fulfill orders anymore

They seem to be selling products that they don’t have and never will. Just completely pointless to look at the site. Other websites can manage inventory and it is more than annoying that pharmaca has lost this capability

DON'T BOTHER IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE PRODUCTS!!!
Discounts are hardly worth it! I've ordered from them off and on for years ONLY when they have significant discounts. Otherwise if I actually want to receive product, I order from Vitacost or IHerb. The latter has been 100% reliable to get my orders within 1-2 days. NEVER and issue.
From Pharmaca, it's frequent when I order when they are offering discounts, my orders or most items will get cancelled at least 1 week after order. Why?
They claim that manufacturer ran out of product yet I can get those products elsewhere.
DON'T COUNT ON GETTING PRODUCT. But happens so often, I don't believe them.

doesn't honor promo, worst retail customer service
Don’t shop here, because it’s the worst customer service I have experienced from retail. I was planning on ordering $50 of products, but I saw the "beautybag" promo that said you can get a beauty bag of different products if you order $100. I have really liked pharmaca in the past, so I spent another 2 hours looking up what to order to reach $100. I 100% added the beauty bag promo to checkout, but when I saw the final order receipt, there was no beauty bag. I emailed customer service a few minutes after I placed the order.
Len replied on November 8, said that I didn't enter the promo code, and they could not cancel the order.
I would need to ship the order back to Pharmaca. Pharmaca would also not send a beauty bag to me. Based on this apathetic customer service and Pharmaca not honoring their promo, I don't trust to order from Pharmaca again. I received the $100 order, and decided not to return it because I ordered more than 3 products: the Pharmaca return policy is "can return a maximum of 3 items in a year and customer pays for return shipping". I also didn't trust them to refund, since they didn't honor the promo code and customer service didn't care in helping or resolving the issue.
One of the products I ordered, Evanhealy rose oil, was defective. The pump doesn't work. IT's a tiny bottle of oil. I have to unscrew the top and shake two drops out every time, which is the first time this has ever happened to me for any beauty product.
In summary: bad product, bad customer service, not honoring promo, error on Pharmaca's end and wastes customer's time and effort.

I used to love this store
I used to love this store. I ordered online for the first time, my package never came even though it said it was delivered through FedEx smart post. They will not issue me a refund, re-send the items, or submit a claim through FedEx smart post. I tried to submit one myself but the sender has to do it and they will not. Poor customer service.

I also was hesitant to order with iffy reviews. However, great pricing made it worth the risk.
Was glad I did. Free shipping estimate was 5-8 business days. But I ordered on Thursday and received via Fedex on Monday (3 business days). Product exactly what I ordered. I would use Pharmaca again.
All around great experience
I was hesitant to buy from Pharmaca due to some negative reviews, but the prices and further discount made it worth the risk. Glad I did! Shipping was as fast as Vitacost, and everything is perfect.
Pharmaca is a great company
Pharmaca is a great company. I buy from them about 3-4 times a year & they have a good selection of what I use most often. They always ship quickly. And, they know how to pack a box! I can't say that about many of their competitors.

I placed my first order not so recently but was asked expected delivery. I chose 5 to 7 days. It's been roughly 2 weeks. I probably should have read the reviews before ordering than after. I read a lot of negativity. Fool me once shame on you, twice shame on me.

I can only give them 5 stars across the board. I ordered for the first time, in spite of so many negative reviews. My order was shipped out and received within a week’s time. One of the liquid soap bottles had a busted top on it, which was not their fault, but rather the shipper’s due to the rough handling. I emailed with a photo, and they responded within a couple of hours with an email and a credit. They have excellent customer service. I will be ordering from them more often. Currently, I am impressed.
With regard to those who wrote a bad review but did not actually order from Pharmaca, you are doing absolutely no good for anyone. Unless you order from them and have an actual experience to share, don’t bother writing a review because there’s nothing to review.

I did not order but I saw lots of complaints and comments showing that the direction of this company was going downhill as far as customer service. So I checked the Better Business Bureau and they are rated D minus. I will not order from them because of this and I just wanted to share that rating to add legitimacy to the reviews on this website because there are websites that are simply add websites that promote a companies products falsely and then I believe sometimes competitors have fake people rate I Business poorly to hurt them. So it is difficult to wade through the mess online so always add to your investigation the Better Business Bureau and sometimes it can help.
