I have had my mums prescription transfered to Asda chadderton and whilst we're excellent at first they are now terrible the last four visits the queue is that long only one serving
Today went in waited half and hour in queue whilst 1 served and5 stood chatting when got them ag be served could not find prescription said got a text to say ready they said its automatic was on there system as ready the lady asked pharmacist who just looked at her as if tosaywhat you asking us for and carried on chatting won't be using them again after I finally get prescription which I did not get

I visited the pharmacy at st Leonard on sea Hastings on the 11/6/25…The pharmacist (Korean am sorry I couldn’t get his name)I noticed the pharmacist was exchanging words with a patient…I didn’t think much ..I politely told him how long I have been waiting and he replied me rudely..I didn’t expect that from a pharmacist …I know it was busy but he should not talk to patients rudely

The asda pharmacy is usually absolute dogshit due to the high waiting time based on the very slow computer system they use and the fact that they are understaffed. I would not recommend Asda as a pharmacy, because the Asda brand has become horrible lately.

However, this 5 star review is specifically for Janet. She encountered an elderly abusive customer who held up the queue for everyone else. She took charge by explaining that he needed to call his GP, then ignored his tantrum and served everyone else in a timely manner. It is this kind of behaviour that prevents me from changing pharmacies.

Long waiting times, never a fully stocked medication hub...constantly understaffed with stressed staffed... being always told come back in half hour it might be ready by then!! Not any more thanks..worst in Thanet

5 days 0 communication , am unable to cancel even thou I alredy had to purchase in other company

Never buy from ASDA Pharmacy as a private customer. They charge you premium prices but treat you like an NHS patient. i.e. they don't answer calls or respond to messages and deliver the product you paid a premium price - late, if at all. There are better, more competitive chemists out there who will treat you with more respect.

They have failed to deliver my Mounjaro weight loss medication. When contacted, they said I had to wait 6 days for an “investigation” by DPD. I was expecting delivery on May 20th and the information said that the medication had to be refrigerated immediately. This has been 8 days so far and will be two weeks after the “investigation”. Surely the medication will be unusable by this point. This is my first attempt to use Asda pharmacy and will be my last. Back to Boots!
UPDATE - Now 2nd June and I have had no reply from Asda . Their appalling customer service takes close to an hour to answer the phone and then only platitudes.

Have issue with order message sent last week and spent an hour on hold trying to get through to them. It’s terrible

No one answers phone I’ve been trying for days and been 2 weeks and pharmacy keeps saying the order not delivered when on the website it says it’s ready to collect. Brighton marina pharmacy

This is about the ASDA in store pharmacy Handsworth Sheffield UK.

I expected a text to say my medication was due to be collected. After 6 days I started "trying" to phone them. They did not answer the phone for 2 days, the call simply cut off after 2 minutes. Eventually some one answered the phone and said my prescription was ready and they didnt know why I had not been texted. Visited the store the next day and my medication was NOT ready. . I can not find anyway to find out the pharmacy managers name, the ASDA store say its nothing to do with them. Opening hours are NOT correct. They seem to be closed during lunch hours, They forget that a lot of people can only get during dinner hours. With electronic prescriptions you can not simply take your custom else where. This Pharmacy needs some serious attention and restructuring.

This company is disgusting. There’s no support if your on a weight loss journey, very happy to take your money, but not happy to fulfill there side of the deal.

Asda is a huge company so I can’t rate all of their pharmacies. However, the one at their Sefton Park Superstore on Smithdown Road in Liverpool is horrible. They never answer the phone. Sometimes they’re closed during their posted open hours. Avoid at all costs!

Listed as open at 9.00 am on Monday bank holiday,not so and store staff unable to say when it will be open as pharmacist often late and turns up when he wants! DIRE!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Asda Pharmacy in the Glasshoughton store. When my husband went to collect an emergency prescription for me-after I accidentally lost my original prescription on the bus-the pharmacist was extremely rude and accused him of losing it on purpose. Despite having arranged for an emergency prescription through NHS 111, the pharmacist refused to help and told us to contact the police, which made no sense in this situation. This delay meant we were late for our holiday, upsetting our children, and we had to go through the hassle of arranging the prescription at another pharmacy, where we received prompt and respectful service. Asda urgently needs to retrain their staff in basic customer service, as no one should be treated this way. I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Yet again at the Asda pharmacy I am stood with multiple people behind the till and ignored however on this occasion they were pre occupied by making sure they got a discount on chicken and yoghurt for the pharmacist once they we happy the ‘discount ‘ applied three off them walked off into the dispensing area a different lady gave me a strange look like what are you standing there for and I asked again for my prescription to add context I had a slipped disc was doubled over and
Couldn’t put my foot to the floor and had already been there and earlier in the day and spoke to such a rude abrupt member of their staff that told
Me to come back later I almost cried out of frustration and the attitude of this lady and I have to point out there is an issue every time I have to go there the attitude is disgusting I dread going it’s
A losing battle nobody cares the plus size five foot nothing with the long dark hair the older one with the grey hair in the white uniform with permanent look of constipation are the main culprits SORT THEM OUT FGS extremely unprofessional!

Waited 40 minutes in a queue for repeat medication. Staff member didn't care. Will change pharmacy now.

You did absolutely sh1t to be quite frank! ‘ASDA PHARMACY’ Your supermarkets literally have Pharmacies INSIDE them! Why then did I need to wait on someone bothering to review my order before putting it in the post?! I pay, I pick up - SIMPLE! NOO?!?!??!!!

There’s nothing wrong with this pharmacy. The pharmacist was lovely and helped me with my check up that the doctors no longer give. Give them some credit.

Asda in Eastleigh in-store Pharmacy. You have here an example of when someone does something badly and it mean so bad I'm taking legal advice. Google reviews for this places made my chin drop to the floor. I have no idea how they still operate or have a license to trade as a pharmacy form the local health authority. It needs sorting out and NOW
