Ordered items in April totally £258 arrived late May to be the most cheap worst quality clothing requested to return and they tried to offer me to keep it and they would refund 20% I persisted in sending back then was given an address in china although it’s says it’s London based. I sent back with a cost to me of £48 in June and now on 29th Aug still no refund ash tacking for parcel is still in china customs .

Do not touch this company.Not from London item came from China. Was poor quality and didn’t fit . I wanted the return address and they eventually gave it to me after offering me discount on the unwanted item 3 times. Cost me £15 to send back to China.I still haven’t had refund from May! Even w
Sent them copy of delivery details. I am now going to get in touch with my credit card to try to get refund. BEWARE

Shabby quality. Return process expensive and time consuming and then they didn't refund the purchase amount.
They make Arthur Daley look reputable.

Scam scam scam, the clothes come from China, and are nothing like what is shown on the website. The quality is awful, material is cheap and nasty. It's like a blind person has made the items. Stitching is horrendous. My mum ordered 3 outfits all sixe M. One was tiny, and one was huge. They are a nightmare to try and return. They offer you 10% to keep them or return to China at your own cost AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Masquerading as a London based firm, this company is nothing but a scam. And I thought I had done my due diligence, checking to see if they were who they claimed to be. The two tops I received bore absolutely no resemblance to the products I ordered. They were cheap quality fabric, the size of a small tent, and badly made. I requested a full refund, but this was only an option if I returned the items TO CHINA at my own expense. Trying to get an answer out of them was also like wrestling an eel, with responses from both 'Philip' and 'Megan' along the way. I suspect they're as bogus as everything else about the business.

This company is based in China, using a London shop front to make you think they are UK based.
The quality of goods is not as advertised, but cheap and poor quality.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM

I wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering from this company. Exactly as previously reported and company refuse to acknowledge sub standard of items received. Do not order at any cost.

Actually zero stars. Not a uk company, lie about returns and refunds, terrible product nothing like the pictures on the website, slow delivery, terrible cheap nasty fabric and completely made up sizing, the dress I received is the size of a small marquee and the quality is so shoddy they should be ashamed of themselves

Would give no stars if could. Scammers. Make out the product is coming from London. Doesn’t mention coming from china weeks later. Product arrived and isn’t the same as picture. Different dress altogether and very cheaply made. Horrible fit and far too big. Then no refund unless shipped back to china at an extortionate price or else offering 10-20% refund and keep the horrible product. I’ve now taken this up with my bank. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I shall be honest, i just wish that i had read review's before placing an order. My order took ages to arrive, it was yesterday that i received it, OMG it is disgusting, nothing like what is in the picture, the quality of the top well i will be truthful it is fit for the bin, creased wasn't folded just rolled up shoved inside a plastic bag, i was only offered seven pounds refund which i have declined that's an insult

Fake pictures of store, received my order cheap stock from sheen smells very poor quality for money, unwearable, would never order from here again

The seller pretends to be a shop in London. Is this falsifying their business. The shirt I ordered £29.99 did not arrive in time. When it did it was smaller than a size 10 in the UK, smelt of moth balls. I should have read reviews before the purchase. I fear that I have now lost that money as the refund procedure is what other writers here have said. I wonder if Instagram monitor such sellers from China??

As other reviews, I ordered believing this was a UK company. It has a UK name & UK website address, showing pics of a shop that looks like it could be in London? I ordered a dress which arrived 2 weeks later (from an address in London). The dress was awful quality & not even the correct colour?? On trying to return I was offered 10% refund, then 15%. I was told I'd need to return to China & told it says this in the terms. It absolutely doesn't?? It does state that return costs would need to be paid & also internationally, but I didn't think that applied to me as I am in the UK (the same as them as I thought?) I would never order from China as I have learnt from past experience. This is false advertising & shouldn't be allowed. I have reported to Trading Standards but seems they won't do much as the company is abroad. I have also reported to UKICC which apparently has a 5 month backlog. I have also gone to "watchdog" & am hoping for a response & hope that all the previous reviewers will back me if they respond?? I have returned my item to China so let's see if I get a refund .

People must be told about this online site , they take your money but if the goods aren’t suitable they offer 10% refund… I genuinely thought this was a London based company I was buying from but it’s not , it’s a Chinese site !! So it’ is an extortionate fee to return goods to China and from previous experience you never see your money refunded as the good are always held at customs !!!

Products received were completely different to what was advertised. Misleading and fraudulent. Do not order from this company. I will be contacting Trading Standards regarding this matter. Appalling customer support with zero accountability or willingness to resolve the issue.

I have had the most awful and stressful experience with this company. They are a drop shipping company with No UK base or address. They use photos of products and even a shop frontage portrayed to be in London. This is all a SCAM! They are deceiving people, the garments are shipped from China, they are nothing like the photographs shown on the website and are of terrible cheap quality. They are not as described, the colours are different - Cheap copies.
They make it impossible to return goods and refuse refunds, they began by offering me a 10% goodwill refund to keep the item, this was gradually increased after 20 plus emails to 60%.They were very insistent about returning it to China and provided me with an address: Yanwen China.
I contacted my bank for a chargeback but this wasn't possible unless I returned the item first with evidence of postage at my own expense and then extra for clearance etc.... It is common for items to be held in China for months or refused the return or get lost so it is risky and expensive. I became increasingly frustrated and stressed and forced to accept the 60% however, I had to persist with my request it has taken a lot of emailing before they offered this because I told them It was against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 etc. The package had no stamps from China and had been shipped to me from a hub in Surrey ( Firstly shipped to the hub from China) this is a common SCAM where people are fooled into thinking they are purchasing quality items from a reputable Shop in London. Not True! Please take heed and beware of these SCAMS. I wish I could Rate it 0

Poor quality clothing from China under the pretence it’s a London quality brand. Worse than 2 major Chinese companies I buy from online. Forget returns, they start offering you 10%, 20% …. off to keep the stuff. It’s expensive to return and no guarantee you’ll get anything back.

Bought a handbag from P&M for £30. When it arrived I could buy the same bag for under £5 elsewhere online which was about right for the quality. The size of the bag on their website was totally wrong and their customer service is crap. No matter wat your issue is they have an answer for it. Finally I accepted a 40% refund which I have just received. The company is CRAP and do not buy from them.

This company is a scam. It is based in China and does not specify its location . The items are very low quality with the amount of money charged . The return policy is not transparent and does not mention in clear words that returns will to China and the customer will have to pay exorbitant return charges which will force them to keep the items
When contacted the owner Megan , I was being tricked to accept a partial refund of 10% I. E 5 £ for keeping the items
They have Instagram account also
I would refrain from buying anything from them
They should be reported to the action fraud
The HMRC does not show any records of this company too
