SCAM - Do not buy from this company. Everything stated in previous reviews is a correct account of dealing them. Scammers based in China. False marketing - misdescriptions - misrepresentation - Consumer Act annihilated.

I intend to make a claim for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The product received was not as advertised or described or of quality Significantly different from the advertised item a kimono.

Having waited nearly seven weeks for (what I thought would be a nice. plush kimono jacket) a crumpled, printed piece of polyester arrived....totally unwearable and a complete waste of money. The jacket bears no resemblance whatsoever to what the model wears in the FB advert. Please avoid this company.

Very disappointed in the quality of the product. In no way does the item I received resemble the boho kimono jacket that is advertised. It is obvious that the maker photographs the pattern of the original fabric then it is replicated as a pale photo on brushed nylon fabric. The website stated item dispatched within 2-3 days but it took three week to arrive. Very disappointing I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

This company is a complete scam. The item arrived after weeks only to find it was completely useless. Nothing like the picture and horrible cheap fabric. They are all from CHINA and awful. Returns are to china etc etc. if only I’d seen that bit before I paid £40 for something that I wouldn’t look at twice in a shop!
They offered 10% refund - a bloody joke because they know you won’t go to the bother of sending it back. ABSOLUTE SCAM

I ordered a shirt described as 100% cotton but received a shirt of polyester inferior quality. All I could get from this company was an offer of partial refund and keep the item. I refused pointing out it was their misrepresentation so why should I suffer financially. Despite several e mails the last offer they would make was 30% refund.
My advice is do not order from these people and end up receiving inferior quality items from
China .
If possible I would give zero stars.

I can’t believe i fell for this scam. The clothes on their website look lovely and the prices aren’t that low that you’d suspect it’s a scam but what you receive is nothing like the pictures. What I received was hideous, made from cheap polyester, with poor stitching and not worth a fiver let alone £40. When I complained to them they suggested I could gift it to someone and they would generously give me a 15% refund, I said there was nobody that I hated enough to give this dreadful item to! I am going to report it to my bank as a scam.
They make out that they are in London even having a picture of a high end store but the products come direct from China and if you decide you don’t want to keep the awful thing you have to return it to China at your expense. Avoid like the plague!

This is Shein posing as a London fashion house and claiming items are half price.
Extremely poor quality product and returns to China are at the customer’s expense. Embarrassing that I was hoodwinked.

I’m tired of companies impersonating that they are uk based. It’s not until the order is processed that it becomes clear that the goods are not made or sent from the uk but they are coming from China. So when my parcel arrived there was no surprise of quality to be seen. The fabric is like a shiny mock polyester denim. The seams are loosely stitched with some hanging threads. This is yet another company that is pretending to be operating in the uk but in fact is operating from China.Judging by the packaging it looks as though the fabric will crease easily. The sizing is all over the place, extra long sleeves, tight across the back. This practice is happening to many people, not just clothes but also all manner of items. Returns are meant to be paid by the customer, really all the way to China. My local charity shop will gain two Jessica as new tops. The practice needs to be reigned in so I’ll be contacting my MP, others should do the same. Angry to be caught out again.Royal Mail are not involved.

Yet another Facebook scam seller! I looked on the website and it looks genuine, even has a jobs page with current vacancies. Said Royal mail shipping but then I get a tracking email from YU and think oh no! I haven't received anything yet but steer clear!
Just received an awful poorly made item, lesson learnt!

Stuff came from china, wrong size, bad stitching and poor quality.
Returns to china at the customers expense only.
This is a con and AI nonsense.

The item I received was in every way inferior to that which was ordered. Company gives the impression it is London based - it isn't. Complete rip off.

I received a swift response and reassurance initially from the seller when I queried why the tracking for my purchases stated via Yun express (China) rather than UK, where they are supposedly based.
When they arrived, the tops were made of thin, shiny polyester and elastane, rather than the matte, cotton-look fabric shown in the listing - with hindsight, I should have been suspicious when the fabric was only listed in the description as a ‘soft breathable fabric blend’ - This quality of item could no doubt be purchased directly from China at a fraction of the cost.
I was unable to leave a review on their website, which is also a cause for concern.
These items have been assigned to a charity bag - lesson learned!
