Excellent.
I have used Phlebotomy Services before. It's easy to book and arrange online (or by phone), free parking on the street outside, friendly caring staff, painless blood draw.

Needing to get bloods done far from home, I found the process of setting it up before travelling half way around the world very easy due to the friendly and efficient staff. Having the bloods taken in person was equally straightforward and pleasant. Thank you to all the staff I have interacted with.

My blood test was for the NHS (who didn’t have anyone available at the time I was free).
Phlebotomy services slotted me in quickly, the NHS promptly sent it to the wrong GP - despite their name being on the form correctly🙄
Phlebotomy services went above and beyond what they were asked to do, tracing it, and getting it resent!

Fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Whilst I’m not in the least concerned or worried about blood draws, I was assured from the very start of the process, felt at ease and in good hands. The Phlebotomist was highly skilled, she labeled all the samples, helped complete the forms, and packaged the samples up for later courier collection from my home. I’d highly recommend their services.

Got an appointment within less than a week. My daughter has a severe needle phobia and faints, Jade put her at ease and was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Worth every penny! Used them for years, with good reason. The team are a delight. The service is impeccable. Convenient, professional, successful every time (can be a challenge for others, for this 95 yr old patient). Never think twice about taking this option at home.

I had a great experience having my bloods taken by Jayne at Phlebotomy Services in Coventry. I’m a bit of a wuss with my bloods and have a history of fainting when having multiple vials, but Jayne seemed to have a very good knack at keeping me distracted. The team have been so accommodating to me changing my apt several times. They were very helpful when trying to find the enterance and very welcoming on arrival. Thank you again so much, you made my experience seamless.

They’re so lovely, they enable the nervous and needle phobic person to face having blood taken.
They go the extra mile to really look after you. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My veins are small and blood draws aren't always easy, but it all went smoothly at Phlebotomy Services. Jayne was so professional, experienced, friendly, calming and reassuring, I barely felt the blood draw, it was the best experience ever. I needed to leave the sample at the office for a pickup by DHL later in the day and the staff kindly agreed to this arrangement. I highly recommend Phlebotomy Services in Kenilworth.

Absolutely loved my experience here. I hate going for bloodtests as they always can’t find my veins and it’s a painful process but the lady I saw was in and out and pain free. Best blood test experience I have ever had. Would always use them in the future.

The whole experience to receiving quotes, emails, testing and results was impeccable. My son of 14 yrs is needle phobic was made to feel at complete ease with an experience that has changed his views that blood tests don’t have to be so daunting. The results came back super fast and I will definitely be using this service again. Thank you to the team.

Outstanding service - warm, friendly, welcoming and flexible enough to be able to bring the appointment forward when we got there early. Blood taking was professional and all the requirements were clearly thoroughly familiar and well executed. I normally don't give reviews, but it was easy to give this one as we were so impressed.
