Ordered a charger that showed in stock, got emails confirming order, then day later email saying item out of stock.
Frustrating, but they did offer refund with no issue.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Blackberry Chargers in our system shows in stock but for some reason, our warehouse could not locate them. And because they are discontinued item we are unable to restock them also. We try to update you on the situation as soon as we could. I hope we didn't keep you waiting for too long.

Do Not deal with this company they are totally dishonest. I ordered a phone case it took them 5 weeks to process the order, deducted the money out of the account, then informed they cannot supply the colour I ordered.
After several emails to them with a promise to get back to you in 4 hours sometimes up to 2 days later. I eventually received a full refund for a item that I never received.

Dear Roger, we have received all your requests and we tried very hard to contact you about the availability of all the colour options or the preference of a refund but only without success. The payment was automatically processed by eBay and without your authorization, we couldn't cancel the transaction.
In some cases, our email could be filtered by your email server and they will appear in your spam folder.
I hope everything is sorted. Let us know if there is any issue with the refund.

Ordered this phone,arrived in record time. first time novice user of mobile phone and needed lots of instruction and assistance to help me navigate my way into this new device.Most impressed with the quality and affordability and features of this phone but unfortunately reluctantly had to return it due to no service problems in my area.This company was very easy to negotiate with and provided me with a full refund. Highly recommended.

Fast and efficient service
Phoneinc recommended the Aspera F24 as a good phone for senior citizens to replace an old 2G phone. The phone arrived very quickly and first impressions are very good. Service from Phoneinc was excellent.

When I purchased it was said the phone was in a "fair" condition which had me worried but once I received the phone I realised my worries were a waste of time as I was given a perfect phone with no problems with screen, buttons hardware and software. I was also pleased to see no marks/scratches what so ever.
I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking at purchasing a iPhone.
