-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://phoneindia.com/access_numbers.

Worst service, unable to call any customer service in abroad and calls to abroad are not very clear and quality. Waste of $5 every month, keeping the service just only because of cheap plan.

As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.

Since you're using the app, please take into account that the quality of the calls, when using the app, relies on your WiFi or cellular data Internet connection and device settings as well.
Make sure:
-you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.
IMPORTANT! To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu.
1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them.
2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set.
