I’ve just sold my iPhone 14 Pro. The process was so quick and easy. Compare and recycle sent out the postage box and bag (for free postage). Phones.co.uk confirmed item was received 2 days later, had checked phone by that evening and confirmed they would be paying the full amount offered-no down-value or haggling! Payment would have been with me the same day but an issue with my bank details prevented that. They emailed me straight away to check and reprocessed the payment within the hour. Funds arrived. No hassle. Polly emailed me back and forth a few times-response time was fantastic.

Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Was a tad unsure at first, but after reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge. The iPhone 11 Pro was a very good price and was actually in better condition than described. It arrived exactly when they said it would (with tracking provided!) and was very well packed. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for another phone for a family member. Just sold my s22 ultra with them, although offering very slightly less than the others on the Moneysupermarket comparison site, actually paid their offer price. Another site offered £210, but when they received the phoned reduced it to £140, phones.co.uk trade honestly so have given them 5*.

Next day delivery for the new handset and received payment for the old one on the same day that they received it. Couldn’t recommend this site more.

I ordered a phone in January and the service was great initially however I have had non stop problems with this phone and there are zero contact details for phones.co.uk. There is no number, the email has bounced back and the live chat isn't working. I need to speak with someone as I am now stuck with a phone in a 24 month contract with terrible service. And yes, I have spoken with O2 and they can't do anything as my contract is with phones.co.uk. All I want is to get this sorted. I need this phone for work. Please can someone tell me how I can speak with someone.

I purchased an Iphone 15 with contract for myself and it arrived no problem. So I placed an order for an IPhone 15 pro for my husband on the 18/01/24 which was meant to be delivered by 14/02/24 and still nothing to this day (03/03/24)!!! When I contacted them 2 weeks ago they promised the issue would be “solved within a week” which it clearly wasn’t. The website is unaccessible therefore it’s impossible to contact them to receive an updated. Judging by other reviews their business has been sold to AO and there’s “problems” with stock. Why sell a phone if you don’t have it?? Why are we not informed of this prior so we can make the decision to opt for another QUICKER provider? I am trying to cancel the purchase as I’ve found a better option but can’t even do that cause they have been MIA for WEEKS!! Shocking service, 0 communication and clarity. Absolutely do not recommend!

They cold call me wanting to offer me deals on new phones etc. I opted for a sim only deal over a month ago and still received nothing.
I see they have done this to others with no solutions.

Waiting over 1 month for delivery, now the website seems to be down.

Was told my upgrade would be delivered within 2 weeks due to awaiting stock and I was happy with this. Contacted customer service due to a different issue to then be told 3 days before I’m due to receive my phone to not expect delivery by the date given and I will need to wait another 3-4 weeks. I have had no contact about this delay and it is absolutely unacceptable

I ordered a iPhone an got it not the day after but the day after that! An I live away up the back an beyond in Scotland

Ordered new phone and assured it would be with me the following day. Next day I got an email to say they had an issue with their warehouse and I would be notified in due course of a new delivery date. Still nothing after 7 days. Contacted customer support and fobbed off with no delivery date and no phone.

UPDATE - Now 10 days without a phone. Despite the below reply, they have not been in touch. They are aware that my current phone cannot take calls (Sim fault) but have my email address.
