I'm a professional wallpaper installer and I've installed wallpaper before, but this time, the client keeps calling me and telling me that the wallpaper is peeling off the wall in some places, forming bubbles. And I don't even know why.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered wall paper from Photowall and I have been delighted with the quantity of the product and with the prompt delivery service.
This latest was the smallest and most difficult, but Ken and his team worked with the strange measurements and the results are stunning.

This company is honestly amazing. This was my second purchase, first customised design. I have previously ordered and installed 3 wallpapers. This time I customised one of the designs, removing and adding the creatures but keeping the Forrest. They would amend as much as you like, and the quality of the product is amazing. Also I ordered Saturday night and it arrived by Thursday to Perth, Western Australia, which was so fast! My daughter loved her room and so do we! P.s. the other wallpaper has been up in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for 3 years, still looks as good as the day it was installed.

I love the range of beautiful wall papers and murals and was delighted with the quality of the products I chose. Customer care was amazing. I'm looking forward to renovating my new home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend photo wall. I'll certainly be using their products again

Super fast delivery, amazing help when we mistakenly ordered the wrong format of wall paper. Correction was made within 24hours and received new product within a week.
Quality of the product is stunning, everybody who sees it has nothing but positive comments.

My order was delivered promptly and packaged well. However, as my chosen design was mostly an ombre colour wash (blue sky with clouds and gentle wash od rainbow), i can clearly see all six vertical joints. It unfortunately doesnt look that great unless you squint. It didnt achieve the effect I was after.

Very good online program for choosing what I wanted and how it would look on my wall. It was very simple to order and pay for. The product took only two weeks to arrive after the correct image was created and shipped from Sweden to rural Australia. Great product and service.

Disappointed that order was subject to $200 worth of import duties to be delivered which I was only notified of by DHL. This was not made clear at time of ordering the wall paper. As this is not our first order from Photowall was not expecting additional importing costs as this has not been the case in prior orders. Quite annoying and had I known probably would have ordered elsewhere.

The products arrived fast. Good quality and the customer service was great. 5 Star’s guys!

EVERYTHING! The service was fast and amazing. super friendly communications! I needed the picture made smaller. Within a day the email returned from Ejay with the perfect fit to my wall. I ordered and within a few days it arrived. Truly amazing. The instruction video, I watched it 2x and was truly helpful. Order the paste and tools too, as here in Australia Bunnings no longer has the paste and tools and I had to order everything from online. Highly recomend this Photowall and the quality is very good. What I love most about it is that I have the lines inside the roll where to cut them - ready to go.

The peel and stick wallpaper product I purchased was of a high quality. The installation process was straight forward and instuctions/ tutorials provided were very helpful. I needed assistance to customise the design image, to fit my wall space. The communication and support I received during this process was outstanding. The wallpaper has transformed a bland space into a striking feature. Very pleased with the result.
