The AA engineer was fantastic, one minute he was doing the job of replacing the break pad, the next he had finished. The only thing that took his time,was trying to fill out his online job sheet before he started and afterwards.

I booked my Ford Focus through AA Smart Care for an MOT, Major Service and brake fluid renewal.

The booking process itself was straightforward, however after the work was completed I struggled to obtain clear evidence of what had actually been replaced during the Major Service.

I asked specifically for confirmation and supporting evidence for items such as the engine oil, oil filter, air filter and pollen filter. Instead, I was initially provided with a general list of what is normally included in a Major Service, rather than clear confirmation of the work completed on my individual vehicle.

For a service costing several hundred pounds, I would expect a clear job sheet or itemised record showing exactly what parts and fluids were used and replaced.

The staff I spoke with were polite and did try to assist, but the after-service documentation and transparency could be significantly better.

The AA went above and beyond what was expected - not only were they affordable, friendly, and efficient with replacing my brakes, they went out of their way to fix a couple of other issues they noticed with my car, including plugging a tyre puncture and fixing an issue with my clutch that had been bothering me for a while (that another garage that I won’t name couldn’t or wouldn’t fix despite two services with me pointing it out)! The AA’s service was impeccable, and it’s just a bonus that they come to you at home - I’ll definitely use them again in the future if needed. Thank you AA!

The service and attention to detail was excellent. The staff helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience and the car had been cleaned and was ready on time. I would definitely recommend them. I also noted that the workshop was clean and tidy, always a good sign.

Fantastic service I’m so impressed with the cost,had both my brakes and pads replaced at a very reasonable price! The convenience of the technician coming to my home to do the work left me with no stress and my car ready within hours! Collection of car was outside window of collection. They only came to collect car after we called to inquire about the delay which delayed our day's schedule. Will not be using this service again given the inaccurate timings.

Fast appointment for getting brake pads replaced. Technician arrived on time and completed task quickly and professionally. Good price also. Recommended!
