Sehr gutes Gesamtpaket an Dienstleistung

the panels are missing like 1mm when cut, so they don't align perfectly. They are also so narrow so there are 10 panels for my wall, whereas from other places I ordered there were way less.

Hi, thank you for your review.
Our murals are printed on panels that are always 45 cm or 17.7 inches wide. These panels are marked with numbers on top so that you know in which order they are to be mounted, which is always installed starting from left to right. We have this information in our assembly instructions and I am so sorry if you feel that this was unclear.
Also, we're interested in more feedback regarding this since we highly prioritize our product quality so I will contact you within the day.
Again, thank you for taking the time in sharing your review, and have a nice day.
Kind regards,
Angelica

Sowohl als auch...
Negativ:
Positiv:
- Einfache Bestellung
- Zollabwicklung durch Photowall (Versand außerhalb der EU)
- Große Auswahl schöner Tapeten
- Zusätzlich bestelltes Tapezierwerkzeug ist einwandfrei und wiederverwendbar

Hi Senay, thank you for your review and I hope it's okay that I answer you in English.
I am so sorry to hear that the wallpaper did not meet your expectations.
The colors might vary slightly from what you see on our screen to the printed colors, depending on the screen and screen settings.
You can always order a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an idea of what the image resolution and colors would look like in print and up close.
I will contact you during the day to see how we can help you with this.
Again, thank you for sharing, and have a nice day.
Kind regards,
Angelica

Rechtzeitige Lieferung

Hi Silas, thank you for your review and I hope it is okay that I answer you in English.
All our images are high-resolution and specifically prepared for mural printing. However, depending on the size of the wall and the level of detail in the design, some murals are best appreciated from a viewing distance, where you can take in the subject as a whole.
To get a better sense of the final look, we recommend rolling out the panels, cutting them apart, and laying them next to each other on the floor. Then, take a step back to view the complete design as it will appear on your wall.
Please also note that you're always welcome to order a printed sample before committing to the full wallpaper. This can give you a clearer idea of how the design will appear in print and up close.
We also offer a 30-day return policy for unassembled items. If you haven’t started installing the wallpaper, you’re free to return it and request either a replacement or a refund if you choose to cancel. Just reach out to our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Wishing you a great day.
Best regards,
Lovely
