The photo booth and audio guest book worked as described and were easy to use.

However, in the lead up to our wedding we had agreed with Pictureblast that the booth and audiobook would be delivered between 4pm-5pm as the area that it would be in would affect our wedding ceremony. On the day this was completely ignored and they arrived at our wedding about 4 hours early. It also appeared that the technician must have had a long list of items to drop off and didn't take much thought in where the items were placed. Everything was all bunched on one small table where it was difficult for people to use, rather than setting it up on the large table right next to it.

Pictureblast was due to come and pick the phone and photobooth up before the event finished (by 00:00) however nobody ever arrived. When we attended the next day to collect vehicles everything was still there and the venue hadn't been able to reach the company on the number provided. I also tried and the phone was simply not answered.

After the event we received an email saying that we would receive all the photos and audio clips within a week. 10 days after the event we emailed as we had not received anything. They sent the photos after we chased them and we were told we would also be sent the audio files that day. We never received them and chased again 4 days later which was not responded to. A further 2 weeks went past and we again had to chase the company for our audio files. We did not receive these until over a month after the wedding

We have given 2 stars as the actual photobooth and audio guestbook worked well and were easy to use, but their customer service was poor and it took a very long time to receive our photos etc and we had to chase them regularly.

I hired the heart Photo Booth very last minute, having not hired one before, i just crossed my fingers hoping all would be well….and I couldn’t be more impressed!

The communication was spot on - quick to respond at all hours.

The whole process was effortless, in fact the booth seemed to magically appear & disappear without any of us even seeing it come or go 😂 they even dropped it early, meaning we had much longer use than we’d booked it for.

The device is simple to use by young and old, pictures were of great quality & the fact they were unlimited - 1 for guest book and 1 for guests to take away was perfect! Memories to treasure for ever!

We booked Picture Blast for our wedding last night. We loved the selfie pod, it was a complete hit! We never even seen you, you just got it set up and sorted! Honestly, it made what was a bit of a stressful day that bit easier with you just setting it up without us. Really appreciated it, I'd definitely recommend you! Thank you again!

We hired PictureBlast for our wedding on Wednesday and I cannot recommend them enough. They were super quick on emails when I had to adjust times. They set up without bothering us, just worked with our venue and it went down a real treat with our guests. I didn’t bother with a traditional guest book and used the one PictureBlast provided, at the end of the night I was given a book with every single page filled. We had the magic mirror which fits so many people into one picture and I love the fact you get as many prints as the amount of people in the photo. 5* service - thank you.

We used PictureBlast for a photo booth at our wedding and I can't recommend them enough. Start to finish they were great, it went down so well with our guests and we couldn't be happier with the service we got.

The PictureBlast service is fantastic, we're big fans. I've been to another event with a Magic Mirror, PictureBlast system and it was great but not as great as the one at our wedding. What made this particular session stand out was Stewart the attendant - what a guy!! His professional attitude and charisma propelled the session to new heights. He actively brought people to the set-up and inspired great action pictures. Everyone at the event mentioned the photo sessions and Stewarts approach and asked me how they'd be able use this at an event if they had one. He's a real credit to PictureBlast. Thank you for the evening and let me know if you'd like me to leave a review anywhere else.

Hired the Selfie Pod for my daughter's 18th Birthday Party. The guy Paul was a few minutes late and because of this let us have the pod longer than it was booked for. It was set up really quickly and got used straight away. It came with a book that pictures could be glued into and birthday messages written. It was a huge hit with everyone. I received the email with a link to Dropbox so I could then see all of the pics taken on the day. Fabulous service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Hired selfie pod for my partners 30th birthday. Set up was very quick. Staff showed me how to use it and there was a person available to call in case of any technical issues. All the guests enjoyed the idea of it and took plenty of pictures. There was a photo album included, which is a great reminder from the party. I would definitely recommend and will use the service again for the future parties.

I had such a lovely experience with the company, particularly Paul! He was absolutely amazing: his friendliness and professionalism made the Photo Booth one of the best bits of the night. I couldn’t fault him whatsoever, and will definitely be booking again!

We used picture blast Photo Booth for our fairytale wedding at Micklefield Hall on August bank holiday weekend. They were brilliant form start to finish, its great having a little memory book where people left messages and great that people got to take prints home as well as leaving us a copy. Cannot recommend them highly enough, great props, great fun, why would you not? Thank you from both of us

Had a photo booth for my husbands 65th birthday, absolutely great ,Joe was a brilliant host , fab photos . Would highly recommend for any party ,will defo use again !!

Celebrated daughter's 21st Birthday with a garden party. I wasn't even aware that such products were available for use at home - I'm admittedly not up to speed with technology.
Daughter told is about portable photo booths and pointed us in the direction of PictureBlast.
First things first. The PictureBlast website is easy to navigate and simple to use. You know exactly what you're signing up for and exactly where you are in the process of booking. Communication from PictureBlast is excellent, giving you confidence to trust the booking totally.
It was Paul who came to install the booth for us. He was just what you want. Paul has a nice, friendly, relaxed manner about him. He put the machine together with a minimum of fuss, showed us what the machine was capable of, showed us various options and had a laugh with us. Paul is definitely an asset to the PictureBlast company.
As to the product itself? Well, for me it was an absolute revelation. Easy to use is the primary point to be made, it really is SO easy. The images produced by the machine were great quality and we were so impressed by the whole thing. It was faultless and everyone had a great time using it.
If you're considering a photo booth for an event / celebration or whatever, I can certainly recommend PictureBlast.
I should point out that you need a power supply, and a suitable flat surface nearby for the printer.

Stewart was absolutely fantastic. Guests loved him as much as the Photo Booth. Didn’t disappoint at our wedding and certainly value for money.

10/10!!! Fun had by all guests! Absolutely made the evening and helped guests get into the swing of things. Location is key and I’m glad we moved the magic mirror from where the venue had originally intended and we placed in the bar area. This made for more uptake more regularly…would highly recommend. Staff professional and up for a laugh with the guests. Can’t praise enough. Thank you.

Cannot recommend this service enough. Easy to book, constant communication before the booking via email and text message. We booked the selfie pod which took up minimal space and worked without a problem all night. It was set up in plenty of time before the event and was collected as the event was finishing. The choice of backgrounds meant it could be placed anywhere in the venue. It was easy to navigate and take pictures. Props were provided. Added bonus of having access to all the photos taken means we can reproduce the photos on a larger scale. Thank you so much.
