Same as everyone one else. Between here and the sister site for custom frames spent approx. €160 on frames over a month ago. Tried to contact multiple times no response. Trying to get my money back.

Same listings and contact numbers as framedwallart website probably a scam website

I ordered 2 picture frames.. nearly 2 weeks later and no word from them not even a confirmation email. I phoned twice but no answer. I've open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back

Ordered a 70*100 frame, received emails and a call to assure me frame was ready to be sent and to pay. No sign of the frame weeks later, they don't answer emails or calls. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Ordered nearly 200eur worth of frames. Got a phone call from Morgan to say one was out of stock and if I'd be happy to replace with another colour. Then a few days later an email came through to say all of them were out of stock but would be with me 2-3 days time.
I've sent numerous emails and tried to call him on both numbers to get my money back and radio silence.
An absolute crook so please DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

Ordered two frames from this company last Thursday before 1 pm . (Website claims 72 hr delivery working days if ordered before 1pm) . It’s now been 120 working hours and I haven’t even received a confirmation email nor update . I have emailed twice and also phoned only to get a voicemail. I’ve opened a dispute with my bank & will update my review if issue is resolved .

I had a similar experience to others mentioned here. After placing my order and receiving a confirmation, there was radio silence. I tried calling several times and emailed to ask for an update, but never received a response. After checking Trustpilot and seeing other reviews, I realised I wasn’t alone. Thankfully, I had paid through PayPal and was able to get a refund.

Pictureframes.ie has solved my framing needs, providing exactly the frames I need on a consistent and regular basis. The quality is always the best and I plan to continue my business with them

I have purchased both standard and custom frames from here. Really pleased with the order - frames were of excellent quality. Customer service was exemplary as well, will definitely be using again for any more framing needs.

Excellent Picture Frame Supplier. I purchase in excess of 100 frames for an annual corporate event. I have been purchsing these frames from Pictureframes.ie for the last 6 years. I find them entirely trustworthy and they provide an excellent service. Five Stars from me.

I found picture frames to be an excellent supplier and from start to finish their service and product were exceptional. Atlantic print have use pictutreframes.ie on numerous occasions and never have had any problems.

I would highly recommend pictureframes.ie. After numerous emails discussing my framing options, I felt completely supported throughout the process. The custom frames match my artwork and are of the highest quality . I found Morgan to be very pleasant and helpful. In my opinion the best picture framing company around.

Having to join the people who wished I'd checked the reviews first. It's been 1 month since I ordered. No delivery. 3 emails and multiple failed phone calls that get through to answering machine telling you to email. Zero replies. Asking for a refund but I don't know if I'll get it. Sad. Tried to support an irish business. All they had to do was answer an email or pick up a phone.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this place. Thankfully it was only €25 that I spent and not the hundreds of Euros seen in other reviews.

Ordered 2 fairly small frames 10 days ago and no sign of them being delivered. These weren't bespoke frames, either, just standard, off-the-shelf sizes. Contacted them a few days ago and no response. I guess I could call on the phone and be verbally abused like so many others have but it's Friday and I don't need the stress. At least I'm now prepared for them to not EVER be delivered, judging by some of the other reviews, so I'll be pleasantly surprised when/if they ever do get to me.

The review is 3 Stars purely for the fact that there IS a chance that what I ordered will get to me at some point, maybe, who knows.
