A Touch of Class has the best therapists. Ella, Scarlett, Manisha and Katie are all very talented. I've had my manicures & BIAB, pedicures, waxing and the CACI facial really did do what it says. Love... Ver mais

I have been shopping

I have been shopping. at this store for years I have spent a lot of money but the customer service is to be desired they are extremely extremely rude. I think they should not even receive one star.

I purchased a lamp through Amazon and it arrived broken. I returned it and Touch of Class charged a 50% restocking fee of $150 because it came back broken. Duh - that’s why I sent it back! Amazon had to refund me because the seller wouldn’t. They are an unethical company. Buyer beware.

Just bought 2 lamps for over 300…

Just bought 2 lamps for over 300 dollars. Extremely poor quality. Switch up under the shade but lamps so lite weight that hard to turn off without knocking over or off table. could have bought better lamps for 15 dollars at walmart.

I ordered a luxury comforter set

I ordered a luxury comforter set. First of all, the comforter appears to be good quality and for that I am grateful because it's large and I wouldn't want to have to return it. However, I ordered it on 1/19/26 and after two weeks of not hearing anything from Touch of Class, I wrote customer service an email asking for the status. They told me it was on back order and it would shipped out on 2/4/26, and they would notify me when it did ship. Feb. 4th came and went, and still no emails from Touch of Class. After three weeks of waiting and having received no updates or status reports from Touch of Class, I wrote them another email cancelling my order. Lo and behold, as soon as I sent that email out, they replied that they had shipped it that morning and hadn't gotten the notification out to me yet. I then asked for a confirmation tracking number, which they did provide. I saw that it indeed was in route. When the bedding arrived, like I wrote above, it was good quality and I was satisfied with that, but the color is definitely not the same shade as the picture on the website. It's much darker. I would have preferred the exact color, but it's doable. In summary, if you order from Touch of Class, please be aware your order may take weeks to fill and you will have to keep track because you won't receive any notifications until it ships, which could be weeks from when you ordered. But once it arrives, it may be worth the wait to you, or not. It would be nice to know before ordering an item that it is on back order and a date of when to expect it.

Terrible customer service and product support. Don’t waste your money!

I gave them 1 star only because I couldn’t give them less. They have a culture of rude and disrespectful customer service representatives that are allowed to treat their customers poorly. After interacting with them both through email and on the phone they simply don’t care about you and your situation. The emails I’ve received show a complete lack of respect and command of the English language. It’s unacceptable to be rude but couple that with pure ignorance of how to write an email tells me everything I need to know about this company. I ordered a Christmas seasonal display item that was beautiful in the beginning but the glitter wore off after a very short time. They still sell the item but refused to replace it or help me figure out how to replace the missing glitter. Because it is seasonal it is only used for a month or two at a time and stored the rest of the year. They will not help in any way and said there is nothing they will do to help. Keep your money safe and make your purchase elsewhere with a company that cares about the products they sell and keeping customers happy. Because they don’t care, I’ll never shop here again. I suggest you refrain from the future heartache and shop with someone else!

Trash products, good customer service

The items were trash quality, especially for the price, but customer service was good in my experience. I ordered two serving trays to put perfume on and both were quite flawed, one stands unevenly, but I ultimately loved the design so much I kept it. The other I was able to get a prepaid label for due to its many flaws and I got my refund so I'm happy with customer service

westbury runner rugs

I ordered rugs (called westbury runners) which were not straight and had a very thin backing. After returning them at their expense, Touch of Class replaced them. After 1 wash the rubber backing is all torn and shredded and detached from the nap part of the rugs.
I didnt call the company because its just a poorly made product and appears to be a bad batch of rugs.
The disappointing part of this story is that I ordered these same rugs 5 years ago (different colors) and they are still PERFECT, well made, have never shredded when wash and I love them.

Rotten customer service cost them my business

Unfortunately I have had to reach out to customer service about two separate issues. One was an item delay and another was securing a replacement for a defective item. I absolutely will never do business with Touch of Class again based on these interactions. I have been lied to, treated very poorly and my emails requesting updates have been ignored by their customer service team. My experience is they provide you with half the information you are requesting, and then treat you like you are bothering them when you ask for clarification. It is too bad management allows them this behavior as I think they have nice products but the frustration isn't worth it

Unnecessarily rude customer support

Unnecessarily rude customer support. I had hoped to get an estimate on delivery dates as I was worried about items be left out in the elements (had some upcoming trips). A simple "sorry, we are not able to provide delivery estimates" would have been a fine answer as opposed to belittlement and lack of manners. After the brief call I could not bring myself to give my money to this company.

False advertising and charged item they do not have

I recently purchased a bed cover and, after being charged, received an email informing me that the item was not available until six months later. Despite this, the company continues to advertise the item and charged me even though they were aware of its unavailability. I sent an email to obviously cancel the order and receive a refund. No answer was provided. I had to escalate the matter with my financial institution.

I ordered 3 Palermo rugs from Page 43…

I ordered 3 Palermo rugs from Page 43 of your catalog, 2 were ordered in April and 1 in May.
They were purchased on my Capital One card.
Upon machine washing, all 3 have frayed at the corners as the binding has failed.
I have tried calling customer service with no avail.
I advise customers not to buy the rugs.

BAIT AND SWITCH

I ordered two pairs of Marshfield draperies & received Ricardo grass cloth drapes in different color. Contacted customer service who could care less. Said they were same, which is not true. I have ordered 3 pairs of Marshfield in the past and these are NOT Marshfield! This was the finishing touch to a redecorating project so needless to say I’m disappointed & disgusted with their customer service. No support here! Bait and switch for sure! Not paying the heavy price to return. From the reviews, this is nothing new. Look elsewhere! Don’t trust them! PS Marshfield have a slight sheen to them making them look more attractive.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Called twice to check on an order, told me it was en route, only to find out later it was still backordered. Also charged my card even though it wouldn't ship until July. Outright lied, then deducted original shipping costs even though I had free shipping. Terrible business model, nearly a scam.

MADE A PURCHASE NEVER RECEIVED IT

I purchased a set of wall sconces and never received them. They were delivered to the wrong address and they would not give me a refund. Whoever the person is that received my items had a great Christmas present. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TOUCH OF CLASS AGAIN. PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDERS AT OVERSTOCK.COM OR BED BATH AND BEYOND. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR CUSTOMERS 💯%. TOUCH OF CLASS IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. INSTEAD OF TOUCH OF CLASS IT SHOULD BE NAMED TOUCH OF GRASS BECAUSE THATS HOW CHEAPLY MADE THE ITEMS ARE FROM WHAT MY FRIENDS THAT HAS ORDERED THERE BEFORE.SO I TOOK A CHANCE ON MAKING A PURCHASE AND GOT BURNT. MAN SOMETIMES IT PAYS TO LISTEN TO FRIENDS ABOUT CERTAIN THINGS. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING FROM TOUCH OF GRASS.

Purchased a comforter 6 months ago and…

Purchased a comforter 6 months ago and still don’t have it. Say it’s on backorder, but they charged me in full for the item. I’ve called and emailed Touch of Class several times and no resolution. Won’t process a refund or allow me to select a different item. Do not use this company.
