Cheaply made
Cheaply made. The clock mechanism fell apart and didn’t fit the proper battery. Sad because it would have been really cute. Reached out to email them, but never got a response.

I purchased the metal clock as a wedding gift for one of my closest friends. The picture came out very clear and vivid. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and my friend loved it!

Never received item
Never received item. So it's a little hard to write a review. I reached out to your customer service department and never heard back. But I can receive a email asking me to write a review on a item (purchase) that I never received. Now that's funny to me.

We had responded to your emails multiple times. We had canceled and refunded your original order due to your clock image not coming through properly. We reinstated your Groupon for you to attempt to recreate your order. You have yet to place a second order for your clock, thus we have never sent it to you. I emailed them 3 times for help with a voucher. I received an answer exactly ONE WEEK later guiding me to their frequently asked questions and still had not answer my question. Good luck.

The only problem I had with your site…
The only problem I had with your site was it would NOT download my photo. I worked for hours until you helped and got my photo on. The photo though came quickly, well packed and it was just BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

Great Customer Service & Product
Letters turned out. Only problem was one letter had the wrong picture & wasn't all the way on. Talked to Customer Service, And they quickly took care of the situation and sent me a replacement. Totally happy & satisfied

Great customer service
Second time we've used pictureitcustom for metal prints and they always look great. Had issues with damaged prints from shipping twice and they were responsive and sent replacements immediately.
