My first order was a wood plank picture…

My first order was a wood plank picture for my father, which happened to be the same week of Mother's Day. I take advantage of a special they had, and both gifts couldn't have turned out better! The creation process was easy, the shipping was quick, and the value it brought to my parents lives was priceless. I will absolutely be using this service again!

Service was fine

Service was fine. The clock arrived on time and the picture on it of my grandson is very nice. However it does not work. It was a gift that I have already given so I can't take it back to return it.

Good product. But watch the shipping.

Bought two 18” round metal clocks on Groupon. The website to design them was super easy to navigate. My clocks came in a timely manner. They are a nice quality product. But be careful of the shipping. We did two separate orders. And had both orders sent to the same address (Mother’s Day gifts) and they put both clocks from two separate orders and sent them together. I paid $9.95 for shipping on each order so they would arrive in separate packages. How did that happen guys? I’d like my $9.95 back please.
