My second purchase from Picture Perfect Homes did not disappoint. Their products are unusual and of excellent quality. I have had many comments already on them. During both purchases I have contacted the excellent customer service team to make a query and each time have had a really quick, helpful and informative reply. I would not hesitate to recommend buying from this company.

I ordered Boho Rustic Geo Honeycomb king size bed. It was delivered within 2 weeks and I have to say it’s stunning a real quality substantial bed. The colours are incredible. I did call to ask eta and the call was answered quickly by a very friendly cheerful lady and delivery scheduled on the call! Couldn’t ask for better and delivery was flawless. Would highly recommend

I ordered an industrial style shelving unit from Picture Perfect Home and it arrived very quickly and well packaged. It is exactly as described, is of great quality and I would certainly use this company again. Thank you.

Faulty item and disappointing customer service
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I purchased a cupboard that was faulty on delivery. From the moment it was unpacked, it wobbled. We measured all four feet and found that the back left foot was a different height to the other three, which we believe was the cause of the problem.
Rather than accepting responsibility, the company insisted that the cupboard was not faulty after inspecting it in their warehouse. They suggested the wobble must have been caused by my floor, despite never inspecting my property. This was particularly frustrating given that, during our earlier correspondence, they had suggested using a felt pad under one of the feet to resolve the issue.
The company deducted £70 from my refund to cover collection costs, despite the item being returned because it was faulty. I believe this is contrary to my rights as a consumer and have had to continue pursuing the matter.
What disappointed me most was the way the complaint was handled. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I felt that my honesty was repeatedly questioned and that my account of the fault was simply dismissed. As a customer, that is not how I expect to be treated.
A good company is judged not by whether something goes wrong, but by how it resolves problems when they arise. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of lengthy disputes, poor customer service and an unwillingness to accept responsibility for a faulty product.
I would not purchase from this company again.

I had been searching for a leather hippo footstool. I eventually tracked on down at Pictureperfecthome.co.uk, unfortunately it was out of stock. I rang and spoke to Jack. Jack explained they would be back in stock soon. Jack constantly kept in touch with updates and answered every question with expertise. I eventually got my hippo! Fab company to deal with and Jack is certainly an asset to them!

I ordered 2 bedside cabinets and they are fabulous. Arrived well packaged. The price was very good too.

I have been dealing with Jack while ordering for another property being renovated. I changed my mind several times and cancelled and re ordered different items. Never was it too much trouble and I was only treated with courtesy. I will definitely use this company again!

I’m so pleased with this clock — it looks amazing and incredibly expensive. It arrived quickly, and the packaging was very secure. I did have a few queries about the clock and emailed customer services. They responded very quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful. I don’t normally write reviews, but I’d definitely give this a 10 out of 10.

The customer service was great, delivery was prompt and efficient. The dressing table set was very well made, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The overall experience was excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again and will recommend them my to friends and family.

An excellent customer service, from start to finish, something often lacking in this day and age. When I rang the calls were answered straight away and the people I spoke to were lovely and very professional. My purchase was a gift for my daughter and she loves it.
Would definitely not hesitate to buy from this company in future.

Delivered within the specified time given, packaged well and securely, great quality and great value, would definitely purchase from again in the future.

I purchased a larder cupboard from picture perfect home
I had seen the same cupboard elsewhere, they offered it at the best price. The cupboard is excellent quality and exactly what I wanted.
Delivery was when they said it would be to the hour and they were really helpful in getting it to me on a day and time that suited.
Would definitely shop with them again a lovely company!

The console table we purchased is wonderful, very good value for money. Unfortunately the first table delivered was damaged in transit but Picture Perfect Home quickly arranged delivery of a replacement which was perfect. I will definitely use this company again.

I spoke to someone yesterday told me my clock that ive paid a fortune for over a 100 would be getting to yodel she spoke to me like shit like they dont care bad attitudes 😒

We purchased a clock, paying £98. Unfortunately when it arrived it was damaged and poor quality. Upon reporting this damage, it was suggested we take the clock apart ourselves to fix it. We initially were happy to try this, but a serious family illness changed our priorities somewhat. We therefore decided to request an exchange, only to be informed that all of these clocks are of this same quality and what we had been sent was the best one they had. We appreciated the honestly regarding the clock being poor quality, agreeing with them that they're very much 'Temu' standard and asking what price they would be selling them off at; since they clearly weren't worth the almost £100 price tag. We were told the price wouldn't change. We like the quirkyness of the clock, so decided to take our chances and get it exchanged anyway. We were then told that there wasn't any point exchanging as they're all this quality and wouldn't suit us. We were then told that secure packaging would be sent so we could return it to them, to be resold! The original packaging was damaged when the delivery agent saw fit to leave it on the doorstep in torrential rain for 3 hours. Returning this clock, knowing it will become someone elses problem when sold on, just does not sit right with us. We don't think someone else should be sold a returned poor quality damaged item, which the seller has admitted is poor quality and is an item that receives constant complaints. We have to return it for our £98 refund, but do not want someone else to buy it and have the same issue. Financially we want our money back. Morally I'd rather bin it then be a part of another Customer having the same hassle. It also makes us wonder if a refund will come, given the ethics of the seller, or if we will face allegations of not packaging it correctly, or similar. Really torn as to what to do here. Noone can afford to loose £98, but st the same time you can't put a price on basic standards of decency.

I was wary ordering as I had never heard of this Company. I am so glad I found them. Ordered a Hall Table with glass top. Good quality. Fast delivery. Very very well packaged. It's stunning. Very easy to put together. ( at least for my husband!). Large sections fit together. Great price. I will be ordering again soon.

Ordered a 4 drawer mirrored diamond crush chest of drawers. Lovely item well packaged. Reasonably priced. Delivery guys were great. Would highly recommend and would order again

I had bought a dining table and 4 chairs from another shop and wanted another 2 identical chairs. Picture perfect home had 2 matching chairs. They were incredibly helpful making sure the chairs were the same. The price was very good and delivery extremely quick. I am so impressed with the helpfullness of staff, quality of product, pricing and speed of delivery.
