I have enjoyed using Piktochart for school this past year. I had not planned to renew my subscription due to not needing it anymore and was charged for another year when it automatically renewed according to the agreement. I had forgotten to cancel! I immediately contacted them, and their team was amazing in helping me find a solution!

Efficient and easy-to-use

There are a lot of design tools out there. Piktochart's a really good tool if you need to create something long-form, like a report or presentation. It came clutch when I needed to make a slide deck for a new job interview. Templates were great. The AI tools are awesome too. Used the free plan for a few months but recently upgraded.

Got the company to expense a business account after they saw the improved visuals I made in recent months. Core tool is great! And customer support is extremely helpful too.

I needed to come up with an infographic, and realized that Piktochart already allows AI-generated infographic where I can specify the topic, or via my original content - and AI will handle the rest!

That's so convenient as I'm definitely creative-challenged - it's always hard to spice up something nice visually.

Also, if I need to add specific graphics - I can also ask Piktochart to generate that for me. No more endless browsing and searching for stock photos!

My son did a Piktochart project for school, not realizing there was a 7 day trial period. He turned in his assignment the way the teacher asked him to and then she realized there was an issue with the turn in and asked him to turn it in again. When he went to do so, the trial expired and he could not access his project. I emailed the support team at Piktograph and they took care of the issue right away. They were very responsive on email and as a result, my son was able to turn in his project for a grade on time. Thank you Piktograph!

Piktochart was easy to use and had a variety of templates! My only concern is that I do not feel it was clear enough that there is a 7 day free trial and that after it is up you will lose access to your content. However, the support team was friendly and responded very promptly and helped me out.

Piktochart is a really easy-to-use tool. I really love the fact that I can create a wide variety of designs, from images, brochures, presentations, to videos powered by AI... Also the tool saved me a lot of time.
I would high recommend the tool to someone who's really looking forward to creating visuals, without the need for a designer.

Piktochart replaced several separate tools for our team. We now create infographics, documents, presentations, social graphics, and print materials from one platform. This consolidation has helped us save money and keep our visual content more consistent.

The team is always great with response time and eager to help where they can. A lost art in today's we got your money so we're indifferent now era.

I really like the AI tools feature, it helps me with editing my photos like removing background and erasing unwanted objects

I've been using Piktochart for a while now, mostly for infographics and presentations and the templates are what got me hooked. They're built for content heavy work and they actually hold up once you start filling them in. I barely start from scratch anymore.

also the AI features are what keep me coming back though. You just paste in some text or upload a doc and it spits out a layout in seconds🤯 and the image editor and AI modifier are also pretty handy for fine-tuning the generated images without jumping to another tool. You'll still need to tweak things, but that's kind of expected with any AI tool.

One thing I didn't expect was how good their support is. Every time I've reached out they've been quick and actually helpful

There was a mishap and I lost all of my work that I took days on for a final project in college, and they made accommodations to get my account back so I could download my work again. I would have failed the class if they didn’t do that. I am very grateful you all have such a great team!!

The support helped my students and me. So far, this website demonstrates care and listens to its consumers.

Had issues at first with the site but the Customers Services were incredibly prompt and kind. Helped me out and came up with a solution. I am going to leave 4 stars for the initial issues I had with it but if I could just rate the customer experience I would give it 5.
