Pillo Opiniões 

Over a week ago, I signed up for Pillo. After completing an online form, I received a confirmation email stating, "Thank you for signing up... we are proud to be your pharmacy." However, I have heard nothing since then.

I emailed but received no response, so I called today. I was informed that Pillo is not accepting any new customers and will not be dispensing my prescription. I explained that this information should be on the website and new customers should not be permitted to register, but the person I spoke to was completely disinterested.

Fortunately, I did not request any prescriptions and still have plenty of medication left. Nonetheless, the lack of communication from this company is unprofessional and potentially dangerous.

Brilliant, reliable service. This has taken all the stress out of getting my Mums medication sorted- she has dementia and can no longer sort her meds but these dated / timed pouches do it for her & we’re back on track. The process was straightforward and the staff are patient & helpful.. it has given us peace of mind.

Due to problems with a previous supplier, my wife (Lea) signed up to Pillo and received a confirmation email stating they would be in touch..They never did. Three weeks later my wife chases them, only to have a receptionist tell her after a long conversation that they had no record of her, and that the email sent to her was automated? And?? She couldn't wait to get my wife off the phone. If they can't even get basic admin right, how can we be expected to trust them with my wife's medications?

Another online pharmacy that has let me down. Pillo started off well but they have failed twice to deliver, the last time they told me they got the dates mixed up!! this time I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks! No response, they really do not give a S@$T. Stay clear

Writing a follow up. I'm very surprised by the negative reviews... I have just received my 2 month pouch box (which is EXCELLENT, because the other companies offering this service typically only send ONE box per time, meaning I may have to ask GP for meds every month rather than every two months!) I take 7 pills a day and they followed my directions via email to a T! :) They have always picked up the phone when/if I call and have always been quick with responses/confirmations etc. Thanks Pillo!

Plus, the previous reviews commenting on it's location. It doesn't need to be a storefront and CAN justifiably be in the middle of an industrial estate as they are not customer facing.

Started off well but went downhill rapidly. Started sending 2 months at a time (no doubt to save money). But my GP practice changed my medication so the pouches were useless. I had to open the pouches and change the tablets manually. A monumental pain, when you've only got one hand. Fast forward 2 months and the new meds are still not in the pouch. Useless company. I'm moving to one of the others.

If I could give no stars it would be to many for this company. Ran out of essential medication because of their service.Stay well clear. Absolute rubbish.

Stat well away from pillo Manchester.
My wife and I eventually found the location in the middle of a run down industrial estate.
We could not get access and tried to contact them but no one answered the phone.
We then were terrified by a knife fight that broke out outside the accomodation.
We had to find alternative accommodation.
Contacted Pillo through their site and they refused a rebate. If you value your wellbeing and your car stay well away.

GP approved 8 days ago and still showing as approved

Rude, incompetent and untrustworthy with vital medicines.
Every thing you don’t want from a pharmacist!!!
