I still do not have my order
I still do not have my order. It has been over 4 weeks since I ordered. During the past 4 weeks, I did not receive any updates or estimates on my delivery time until I reached out and asked — and then I think you guys noticed/remembered my order. Not feeling any trust.

The one and only for my neck pain.
This is the only pillow I have found that relieves my neck pain. I've tried several other pillows designed specifically to support your neck but this pillow has worked the best. I have the side/back sleeper latex version. I have two, one in my travel trailer and one at home, an investment but worth it.

Oh my gosh what a great great pillow
Oh my gosh what a great great pillow. I had plenty of back and neck operations and also bad headaches every day. I have tried every pillow i could think of. I saw this pillow on the doctors show. Well i waited and finally ordered it. I have not had a headache since using this wonderful pillow. I wake up in the morning and do not have to take anything for a headache. THank you Doctor with all my heart for helping people like myself and now i have to order one when i go back home to visit. Debbie from Florida

After first night 5 stars, so far
It's only been 1 night, but if things continue the way night 1 went... I will be this pillows biggest advocate. I slept fabulously last night. I used to have to wake every 2 hours or so to reposition my head and neck due to a herniated disk at c5&c6 to prevent neck pain and waking with a headache... not last night. I slept till my alarm went off, only slightly waking to roll over and retrieve blankets from my wife..lol

LOVE this pillow
LOVE this pillow! It helps with my degenerative disc disease and I literally cannot sleep without it! The first time I purchased one it seemed firmer and thicker. The last couple have been less thick/firm. I don’t know if a different material is being used now or what. Regardless, this pillow has been a real lifesaver for me!

Love to hear this as this is exactly what motivated me to invent PILLO1. Thank you. Also, you probably switched from the Latex version to the Gel Infused version of PILLO1. They are both great but the Gel Infused Memory foam "feels" (although actually the same height) about 1/2 inch shorter in height as it is a softer material with less resiliency. I discovered this pillow at an anti-aging conference in Las Vegas back in 2007. I have them on every bed in my house. Ive had three houseguests who have bought this pillow after sleeping on it. I recommend it often to friends with either neck issues or sleep issues. I had both. Highly recommended.

Excellent pillow- I tried many pillows and finally found pillo1 that gives full support to my neck. My neck and shoulder pain went away the next day after I slept on it. It's like a miracle!

This pillow is just too thick
This pillow is just too thick! It bothers my neck as it is too high.
They should have made the pillow with an insert you could remove to make it a desired height.

Five stars based on product representation and available reviews. I've only had the PILLO1 for four nights and so far I like it. I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain for years and change pillows frequently trying to find one that offers some relief and a good nights sleep. Time will tell how PILLO1 does for me. I used the PILL01 for ONE week before I started having issues with my neck and shoulders. Now when I look down or to the right my shoulder goes numb from my ear out to the edge of my shoulder and as far forward as my collarbone. Been going to the chiropractor for three months trying to get it better and nothing is helping.

Hi Kimberly, Yes, we do offer PILLO1 in both the gel infused memory foam and the Talalay Latex foams. Both are great but the latex gives a person a lot more support as it has more resiliency.
