The Prestwick Pad
Just spent the weekend with family and friends in this lovely house. It was like a home from home and catered for all our needs. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy and the house was very clean. It was very central to-the Main Street where we did some shopping and had a beautiful dinner in The Lido. Plenty of restaurants and bars with some having entertainment. It was a wonderful weekend and We will definitely visit the Prestwick Pad again.

It was a lovely clean and quiet…
It was a lovely clean and quiet apartment. The reason I didn’t give 5*’s is because there was no full length mirror and the kitchen had only the very basics. A grater, tongs and scissors are fairly basic essentials but not provided. On arrival, don’t be too put off by the state of the hallway and stairs.

The apartment location was excellent on…
The apartment location was excellent on the Skegness sea front with a sea view from our room. Staff are very friendly and polite on arrival. One bedroom apartment very spacious and comfortable. Only negative comment is unfortunately there was no electric oven only a microwave. Apart from that ne and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights away. All amenities close by, and the beach was only 5 minute walk. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend this location to others.

The apartment is in a great location…
The apartment is in a great location (easy access to bus station, train station, airport, local shops and a lot of dining choices, next to river and parks and library).
It looks newly modeled and shiny. Full kitchen access provides convenience.
Great customer service also. The place is mainly self serviced, no reception desk. I accidentally forgot the room key in apartment on a Saturday afternoon. After messaging the management team, they were able to provide a backup key, even there's some difficulty to do it at the weekend.
Definitely I would book again if I come back around this area.

Great stay in Skegness
The room had a nice view of the ocean and is in walking distance of everything that you'd want while on holiday. The staff were great, they were more than happy to help with anything we needed and they even came to the room after hours to help us out with something. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment was clean the bedroom was lively with three comfortable beds the only thing that was wrong was the sofa in the living room was all full of stains when you sat on it you fell through it it needs a new one and the living door was hard to shut as it was hanging off the hinges but over all was lovely and quite and the man that lives down stairs helped carry our suitcases when we arrived and leaving to

The building is beautiful
The building is beautiful.
The location is amazing, at the heart of Aberdeen, at walking distance to all main attractions, in an area full of local restaurants, shops, pubs, and supermarkets.
The apartment is large, clean and tidy. The room is comfortable. The leaving room is well decorated with large choice of TV and streaming channels. The WiFi is excellent.
The kitchen is large, with all new main appliances in excellent condition.
The only issue we faced was the heating. The apartment is cold. Heating is necessary. The real time meeting was a bit confusing at the start. The heaters are in excellent condition.
It was an excellent choice.

Really lovely accommodation with high…
Really lovely accommodation with high quality finish - really clean and good quality towels and bed linen. Well fitted kitchen with good appliances, the bedrooms have nice fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds. The only slight niggle was the upstairs apartment, there needs to be a bit of signage point out where the entrance is, on two occasions (once at midnight) we had to tell people trying to get in to our accommodation that the entrance was actually round the corner. Very handy place to stay we were attending a wedding in the area and we have recommended it to other members of the family
