Thank you for taking this time to speak to me today. As discussed in our call we deeply regret the inconvenience during your recent stay. A full refund has been processed. A full review of this incident is now underway and we will be in touch to discuss the outcome of this to ensure we make right the issues raised and that we ensure our processes and rigorous to prevent future issues.

Regarding the comments made by Booking.com, we want to clarify that we have no knowledge of these comments and have raised the matter with our account manager on the platform. We are committed to addressing any concerns or issues brought to our attention by our guests directly and through our official communication channels.

We will be in touch tomorrow where we hope we can bring this incident to a satisfactory resolution.
