We have been using Pillow Partners to manage our properties in Ayrshire for the last 4 years. Edith Clark has been our point of contact from day one and is extremely helpfully and puts our minds at ease with her knowledge and experience in the field of short-term lets. Their fully managed service takes the pressure off my business as Edith actively advertises the property, organises the cleaning and turnovers and deals with any maintenance issues that arise. Amazing company!
I have been doing work for Pillow Partners for several years now as one of their service engineers and they are an absolute dream to work alongside. Emma Wolfe and Ciaran are my two main points of contact and both are absolutely fantastic at what they do, I cannot praise them enough.
The properties are always well maintained and their communication and organisation for arranging work is always straightforward and hassle free, really an absolute breeze to work alongside!

I am new to short term let and Edith Clark has been a Godsend. As soon as I handed over the keys I was totally relieved as I was finding the task of managing everything to do with my property daunting. Emma worked on all my issues of property’s whilst I was away. She was happy to use all her workmen team to get my appropriate certifications and was really helpful during this process. Easy to communicate with and eager to get the jobs done.

Great Service accommodation management company
My serviced accommodation has been managed by Pillow Partners for 3 months now and Lyndsey, my local manager, has been excellent. Any niggles are handled quickly and smoothly. Guests have given really good reviews about their communication with her too. I've been paid on time and have access to the calendar and statements online. What I really like about their set up is that I can use my own property when I want (apart from when guests are there) which is something other management companies do not let you do as they have stricter owner usage policy. I would definitely recommend using them.

I have a long standing property hosted with Pillow and earlier this year for the first time in three years we welcomed a new 'local' property manager. Rachel has been a breath of resh air for my business with a robust professional and proactive hands on approach throughout. Her diligency and can-do approach has been transormative and is already paying dividends. Professional and friendly team, great location and apartment
Our home was badly damaged by Storm Eowyn in January 2025. We contacted Pillow Partners who helped us secure a lovely apartment as temporary accommodation whilst our home was rebuilt over 9 months. The team were professional, kind and very responsive to any queries we had. They gave us a sanctuary at a very challenging time and we will always be grateful for all their help.

Superb Property Management
We own several properties in Scotland which we rent out and Edith Clark from Pillow Partners is head and shoulders above any other managers we have dealt with over many years. She always responds to emails and phone calls quickly, answers our queries and deals with any issues which may have arisen appropriately.
