I use Pillow Partners to manage my property.

A huge help for getting started.

Excellent - From perspective of a host

Reviewing from the perspective of a host (not guest). Lyndsey and team at Pillow partners did a fantastic job of managing my property, It was a fully hands-off service where the Pillow partners team managed all guest interactions.

House was maintained well, cleaners were exceptional and the Pillow partners team worked hard to maximise bookings and minimise void periods.

Overall would recommend Highly.

Broken hot tub

Hot tub was broke. Liz Anning promised us a refund. Still waiting for this 2 months later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY JUST PAY THE EXTRA AND USE AIRBNB. More reliable

This claim is completely false — all payments are processed directly by HQ, and I have no access to process refunds. False reviews don’t reflect reality, but they do show I must be making an impact if people feel the need to invent stories. I’ll continue focusing on quality, honesty, and transparency.

Son informales. Después de reservar un apartamento con más de dos meses de antelación me cancelan la reserva justo dos semanas antes de mi viaje, con todo organizado para mi estancia pues viajo con niños. Te dejan tirada sin más, eso sí, pidiendo disculpas. Para eso ¿para que te sirve una reserva si te cancelan cuando quieren? Le echan la culpa a terceros cuando, repito, la reserva se hizo con más de dos meses de antelación…. Habían tenido tiempo de cancelar si es por error de otros. Probablemente le habrían salido otros huéspedes a los que le cobraban más

We are sorry we had to cancel your booking on this occasion. Thankfully we were able to give you a full refund two weeks prior to allow you to book alternative accommodation. As a management company sometime we experience circumstances outwith our control, cancelling any booking is the last thing we want to do.

We enjoyed a last-minute weekend getaway at Castlegate Place – Delectable Cockermouth, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The entire trip was arranged by Liz Anning from Lancashire Pillow Partner, and she was absolutely fantastic. Liz went above and beyond to ensure the property was ready and available for me and my family. Her attention to detail and warm support made all the difference.
I highly recommend both the property and Liz’s outstanding service!

DO NOT USE!!

DO NOT USE!!

I booked a property in January. In May I discovered that the property is no longer available to rent nobody from Pillow Partners contacted me to let me know. Over the last 2 weeks I have phoned, emailed and WhatsApp’d to get my deposit refunded and still haven’t received it. I phoned again today and was fobbed off. I’m now at point where I will have to take further action to get my money back. Awful company, terrible service avoid!!!

Booked apartment 16th may through…

Booked apartment 16th may through booking.com the apartment was by pillow partners. I thought all arrangements would be through booking.com but no pillow partners e mailed me to sign in then passed me on to chargeautomation to pay breakages deposit. That was not straightforward wanted photo and proof of who I was. However apartment was satisfactory for just two nights. Then waited for deposit refund nothing phoned on 27th may said been authorized should get refund anyday. Now it's 03rd june had to phone again was put through to a stanstead number said would look into it. For me too many companies to contact and all have my information

Booking.com are a third party booking site - with all hotels and apartments you will deal directly with the operator rather than booking.com themselves. As you can imagine we need to verify our guests as we do not have a reception to meet you on arrival - this part is also there to protect card holders from fraud which is extremely important in current times. The security deposit is a hold placed on your card so is never deducted or refunded on your card. I am a serviced accomodation owner and…

I am a serviced accomodation owner and used Liz Anning from Pillow Partner as my SA manager for a couple of months. we did have to stop doing SA because the income was bad. Liz didn't react on the income she still has to pay out. Also the year 2024 statement is not delivered . I've repeatedly requested in the last half year but no reactions anymore.

Fast way to gain a bad reputation for your property

As a regular traveller I actively avoid properties managed by pillow partners because or repeated bad experiences.
First time stuck outside the property for over an hour because it turned out they had failed to update their system with the right lock box information. They were totally dismissive of my poor experience.
The second time they cancelled my long standing airbnb booking one day before arrival without any explanation.

Pillow Partners came to our rescue

We had to move out of our home for 10 weeks whilst we had substantial drainage repairs completed on our property in Warrington. We needed a short term rental that was still located close enough to my daughter's school as well as to her out of school activities such as netball and gymnastics.

We found a suitable property through Pillow Partners and Danielle our property manager was superb throughout the whole process - especially when initially we had to change the booking dates and also extend them.

She was only a message away from sorting any particular problem - she could not have been more helpful.

The property was cleaned on a regular basis - and whilst it was not 'home home' for 10 weeks we were able to carry on as normal as possible whilst our home was being worked on. Pillow Partners really helped us at a very difficult time - especially when our daughter had only just started secondary school.

The Niche View, Irvine

Our recent stay @ The Niche View Irvine was very enjoyable. Great communication throughout. The property was clean, comfortable and modern and had everything we needed for our stay as well as having a central but quiet location. We will definitely use again.

Stay Well Clear!

As a landlord I cannot recommend giving your properties to Pillow Partners. I've had issues of partygate, pissed off neighbours, phone-calls at 4am. To say it's full management with no stress is untrue.

In terms of bookings performance they are poor as they focus on lots of short terms booking (More wear and tear on your property) and have void periods in the summer season which should never be happening.

Maintenance issues they employ some people that are totally incompetent. One of them took 2 hours to fit 4 screws. No comprehensive inventory carried out

In 3.5 months they failed to organise getting a property manager to meet me once. They feel as though they can manage without meeting with the LL once.

They do not respond to complaints in writing. Sent one in writing over a month ago and done repeated calls, no call backs from the Director or the management team. They do not care about you as a paying client

If you want to work with Pillow Partners ask to speak to a local property manager and speak to an existing local client of theirs to see if it's a fit for you otherwise I cannot recommend this company
