Bad service
Ordered a skirt in 2 sizes just to make sure. Both where way to small. Doesn't do your confidence any good especially when they claim to be plus size. Returned next day and 13 days later still no confirmation to say the items have been returned. Emailed in and was told. To wait a full 14 days before raising a mother query. Easy enough to take money but not to return. Won't buy from here again

This is not a online store for plus / curve sizes I went up a size (22) item came and It was more like a 12

The sizing was really inconsistent
The sizing was really inconsistent, 2 dresses the same size one was miles too small the other miles too big. The third dress they sent was completely different colour from the photo. It also was not hemmed around the neckline and felt like it was unravelling, and the fabric was really thin.
Returned all of them but they deducted postage from my refund which wasn't fair considering one of the items wasn't even what I ordered and the sizing was so off.
Told them the dress was the wrong colour and was asked for photo proof...surely they can compare their own stock the photo and see for themselves. Couldn't sent photo anyway as returned everything straight back.
Have not received my postage refund despite cancelling and returning within the returns period which is breach of consumer regularions. Out of pocket for incorrect and poor quality items so won't order again and don't recommend them.

Material is thin
Material is thin. For customers outside of U.K. you’re loosing money if the item doesn’t fit because you have to pay the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping alone will likely be more than what you originally paid for the item. So you’re essentially stuck with whatever you order or come out of pocket again to ship it back. Really sucks! Lesson learned, won’t order again because of the quality of the material and the inability to return it if you live in the U.S.
Wish I would’ve known before I ordered!

Quick and smooth service from start to…
Quick and smooth service from start to finish although I did find d that some of the clothes I ordered where a little tight in places. I went to order the next size up and they were not available which disappointed me. Sent my returns back and was refunded with 5 days. Good service throughout but was disappointed with sizing and not.being able to get a size 20 as was sold out.

I have bit received my order
I have bit received my order. Even thought Hermes says I have and provided a signature. My neighbours haven’t received anything and I and massively disappointed given the amount I have watched influencers on YouTube big up everything. It’s not your issue but it’s the delivery service your company uses.
