Will not use this company again
Sizes are small. Not made for a larger lady. The items I returned went missing.I had to wait 14 days even before they would consider a refund. Even though I had a returns slip to say it had been received at the warehouse 2days after I posted it.. Refunded in the end but will not be ordering from them again.

Our returns process can take up to 14 days therefore we ask our customers to allow that time-frame.

Should have read reviews before placing my orders
Sizes come up small. Returned items and still waiting for confirmation they have received them. Kept my proof of postage so will be contacting customer service soon. Not holding my breath for my refund anytime soon. Don't think I will be ordering again. Thanks for your reply to my review. I'll be in touch next week if I've not received it.

Shocking customer service
I purchased three dressed for Christmas and was initially impressed with the quick delivery considering the time of year..
The issues arose when it came to return the items due to not fitting.. They advertise that they use Asda return system to which I thought would be more handy again considering the time of the year (1 week before Christmas)..
After 10 days I had received no contact via email or call so decided to email their customer service to enquire..
The responses are clearly copy/paste one reply suits all... After me emailing for over 2 weeks and insisting they escalate my complaint they finally advised that they had checked the Asda returns system (asked them to do this initially) and acknowledged the package had been lost by them in transit!
4 weeks is not quick, easy returns that are advertised.
Due to this I certainly won't be using the site again or recommending to any friends/family.. Such a shame as dresses were nice!

I am so sorry to hear about your recent experience with us.
We do ask for customers to keep hold of there postage receipt until a refund has been processed as if your return is deemed missing this can speed up the refund process for you.
Without a returns receipt or tracking number we would not normally be able to issue a refund on a return manually until the parcel reaches our warehouse.
I am glad to hear this has now been resolved and please be assured this query has been passed over for review with the relevant team to help improve on future areas in the near future.

Customer service is non existent
Purchased a dress, wore it once and the hem has started to unravel. I emailed pink clove to see if I could return for a refund because I was over their refund time limits and get no response. I messaged them on Twitter and was asked to send an image of the dress, which I did. I’m then told I can only be given a 20% refund! So I’ve paid over £20 for a dress to wear it once! The customer service is non existent and rest assured I will not be re-ordering from these dreadful company.

For a brand that is meant for plus size women...
For a brand that is meant for plus sized women, the dress I tried (in two sizes) was so unflattering and did not do a curvy figure any justice.
I paid for next day delivery and ordered well before the cut off, and it did not come the next day (granted, they did refund me).
Return confirmation and refund took AGES. They claimed at first it had not arrived, despite the tracking day otherwise.
I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

The sizes are completely off which is a real shame for a "plus size" clothing store. Had read that in the reviews, but hoped for the best as I checked the size guide and measured myself to be sure. I'm a size 20 bottom, even an 18 in some plus size stores, but I'd need at least at 24 to fit into the denim skirt. If you're getting a non stretch item, go bigger!!
The other items (jumper, maxi skirt and coat) were made of very cheap materials, but I guess for the price that seems right and aren't so bad when paired with better quality products. I'll keep one or two things, but not shoppong here again as I know I'll most likely always have to send things back.

Poor quality
Ordered trousers, blouse and jacket.
The top was badly made and it was more like a size 8 then 18s omg it was so small.
Jacket was awful material and the trousers looked cheap on , really disappointed and definitely wont be recomending to family and friends.
