Having never used a moving company before, I was a little bit concerned about how much care and attention they would provide and how much it would cost me.

I very quickly realised I had nothing to worry about, the entire experience end to end was great, from the initial call, the visit to size up the possessions to a very reasonable quote and the moving day itself.

We packed and labelled our own stuff using boxes provided by Pinnacle, we then left them to do all the hard work over 2 days, the team were great, good humoured throughout and nothing was to much trouble for them, they looked after our possessions and put them in all of the rooms as labelled, they were super flexible on the day with any last min changes to where stuff should go as well.

All in all a 5* experience and would highly recommend

There was really great communication prior to the actual removal date which is essential.A fantastic team of 5 that packed up our house with great care and then moved us 150 miles north over 3 days in all. Nothing was too much trouble AND was truly excellent value for money. Well done and thank you.

What an fantastic move they helped not only move us from our previous move they also helped with the stress my wife and myself was coping with at the time of the move. Pinnacle did a fab job helping me move swiftly and efficiently from one end of Surrey to the other, following a relationship break down. They were a great team of packers who took great care in ensuring my belongings were safely transported, and saved me a lot of time and effort at a time where it was the last thing I wanted to try and figure out on my own! Used Pinnacle to move from surrey to Cyprus ,the move was over two days and the staff were very polite and took very good care of my fragile items everything was packed neatly and with care would highly recommend.

Constant Communication made this move so much less stressful than I had anticipated. The office staff were very patient and the packing team and driver were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and I was always comfortable with them in my houses. All in all I am very happy to recommend this company.

I was really happy with pinnacle removals I had a domestic move from Epsom to Sutton, the crew I had was amazing Paul, Billy and George.

Would highly recommend this company. From the off happy to answer any questions I had and there was a few! Also very fast to respond to questions and nothing was too much for them. I was moving from Sutton Surrey to Woking Surrey. The original quote was clear and explained what the process would entail.

On day one the team turned up well dressed and extremely polite and respectful. Sean ran through the plan for the day and assured me any issues or questions to ask and they would help.

Being quite nervous about some of my items I was soon out completely at ease by the way Sean and his team packed the items. My television was wrapped and carded for protection and all the kitchenware was
Carefully wrapped and placed into boxes. Even items like my trainers were packed into boxes very neatly.

Even when loading the items onto the vehicle the team were very carefully carrying furniture down the stairs and it was all loaded with care.

Once delivered at the other end I was extremely impressed that nothing was damaged and broken and even screws and fittings for the beds and other items that were taken apart were all together in a box marked “bits box” so they did not get misplaced.

I would highly recommend this company and in the future if I look to move again I won’t look elsewhere great set of guys and made a stressful situation an absolute breeze! So thank you Sean and the team!
