Pinnacle were amazing from start to finish. The office staff were always available to answer my queries. On moving day Sean and the team arrived on time and packed my entire house with great care and attention. They even helped me with a few last-minute packing dilemmas! Very personal service. Very friendly, professional and quick service. This company have looked after and handled our belongings with care. They have helped packed and delivered our belongings safe and without any breakages. Me and my husband have gone through quite stressful time and these guys made everything so easy for us. Nothing was too much for them and price was very reasonable too.

I needed to move a small amount of furniture to Lisbon in a shared consignment and accepted Pinnacle's £2197 quote. I paid the £300 deposit, signed the contact, and we agreed the collection date. I bought flights back to the UK to supervise the collection on this basis.

Six days later they wrote asking for an additional €950 to deliver to our ground-floor apartment because of a potential 30m last leg up a one-way street to our front door from the truck parking place. They broke this down into €600 for a parking permit and €350 to hire a smaller van for the last 30m. We've had Ikea deliver larger furniture in vans and these were absolutely outrageous figures for invented additional costs that were totally unnecessary for the job and they should have pushed back against their local agent who simply saw an opportunity to fleece a "rich foreigner".

They get one star for returning the deposit within 24 hours but they were probably worried I would hold them to the contracted quote. With this sort of sharp practice going on I was not going to deal with them any more.

An absolute pleasurable experience by our family on our move from Surrey to Kent! Sean and his team we're amazing in every aspect of the move and made it incredibly stress free for us! We can't thank you and your team enough! Highly recommended for anyone moving or relocating over seas!

Excellent service from Pinnacle! We moved from Surrey to Norfolk and Sean and the team couldn't have made things any smoother. Communication was great on the lead up to the move and Sean was very helpful with any queries and advice. On the day, they were punctual, professional, polite and efficient, and worked extremely hard to make sure everything went to schedule. All of our belongings arrived safely after the journey and the team navigated our very narrow spiral staircase with expertise. I can't recommend Pinnacle highly enough - if you are considering booking them, consider no more, just do it 😊

Firstly let me say... UTTERLY SUPERB! I would never go anywhere else now. Pinnacle helped me out with a three bed house move on the 15th December 2023 with very little notice and totally saved the day. The whole process was very professional and friendly. I was in awe of how they packed their removal van so quickly and efficiently making sure all our property was safe and cared for. I honestly couldn't thank them enough.

We approached Pinnacle Movers to assist us in the moving of furniture between our home in Horsham and my late parents' house in Steyning, with the additional requirement of taking some items of furniture on to Denhams Auction House in Warnham.

Fantastic team at Pinnacle. Totally professional from start to finish. We were moving the contents of a two bedroom house and a grand piano and we had 9, yes NINE, men to help get everything safely into our new home. They all showed fantastic attitude and sensitivity towards our needs. There was a big delay with completion on the day of moving which meant the guys had to hang around for hours waiting for the keys to arrive and they must have got home late. But their willingness and good humour never faltered. A pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any removals job. NICE JOB GUYS!

We are so grateful to Sean and the team at Pinnacle Removals who came to our rescue at very short notice to move a piano from my Mum's house just days before Christmas. They were so professional, moving the piano with care and also ensuring they had put protective covers over our carpets so as not to mark or damage them. They were careful about social distancing measures, wearing PPE throughout the removal process to keep everyone safe. One piano safely delivered! Thanks so much to Sean, Sean and Robert. We will definitely use their services again in the future and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I dont write reviews but in this instance I thought I would as Sean and the team at Pinnacle have gone over and above to help my family and I out. Due to a sudden change in circumstances we have to move at very shirt notice from an awkward area in London up to Yorkshire. I called around local companies but they were either not interested or were extortionate. A work colleague mentioned that they had used Pinnacle and I am glad they did. They were only too willing to help and make sure that all my questions were answered and that time was taken to make sure we were happy with the plan for the move. During the move the guys took great care and even with the awkward access to our property( and a few awkward high value items) they cracked on and got the job completed on schedule. The same can be said for the delivery. A lot of stairs but the boys worked happily through. All in all made a stressful process very easy due their experience and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Pinnacle Removals.
