Great Service by Pint 365 but you were let down by DHL Delivery ..Saying they could not find Property an took it back to Depot to try again day after ..Complained to DHL about the delivery and gave them more information what to look for an where the property is ..The delivery took place the day after but once again it got dropped at the wrong property But was also dropped behind the gate at bottom of drive 50mtrs away from there house ..By now the box that held the contents can only be described as none existence So come on DHL You have never not failed to find property in past deliveries ...

I enquired regarding shipping to Australia. They were very prompt in replying and providing a quote. They shipped inside an hour of placing the order and I received the Hand Pull inside a week. Instructions on assembly are clear and the product is very well made. Price was excellent as even with 100gbp shipping it still worked out cheaper than buying a similar product locally.

I purchased a beer pump back in November. On the whole I am very happy with the pump. Despite a couple issues that I've encountered I have to say that the customer service I have experienced has been outstanding. My issues were rectified immediately hence giving piece of mind to the customer should anything go wrong with the product.

Top service, had a little issue with beer pump after 2 years of use, part was replaced without a blink of an eye.

Absolutely stunning service. Bought 2 pumps, a 36 pint box of cider and a 18 pint of Blonde Bomb shell. The pumps came a couple of days after ordering them and the beer the day later. The pumps were so easy to install and the beer just connects straight in. Beer was being pumped within 4 mins. Real good quality pumps. The Blonde Bomb Shell is just like it is in any bar. 5 stars
