Great customer service from Stewart, particularly going backwards and forwards with me to make sure the final design was correct as the wardrobe rails were made to custom sizes.

There was initially a mix up with my order and the wrong length of timber was sent out. However, I dealt with Stewart and he was so efficient and pleasant that I ended up paying a reduced price to keep the first set of planks, and he got the correct order out to me really quickly! This turned a potential negative into a really positive customer experience. Would definitely recommend buying from this company.

It was mentioned while ordering that the delivery will be between 2-3days, been more than a week haven't received it.

Only shortfall were the plastic end caps - these disintegrated when inserting - they are not up to the job. However very low cost item so not too problematic.
