Purchase of a stair rail bannister
The web site was informative so I could pick the most suitable stair rail bannister. Almost too many to choose from. The rail was delivered within the three days stated. I ordered a three metre oak rail with steel fittings and end caps. It was ideal and of great quality. I can fully recommend Pipe Dream

Item well received
I usually don’t write reviews.I bought a stair rail from PDF. At 1st I saw a few negative reviews and I am bit concerned. But I just go a head and order it. My order arrived with in 3 days of delivery. I was so happy it’s arrive on time. And the star rail was well pack the quality of the rail were Great. So I feel it’s right to give this PDF a 5 stars.

Ordered 4 reclaimed scaffold floating shelves which the client chose gothic finish. I’m a carpenter and used these for a feature wall that I built and I was very impressed with the delivery time and the quality/finish of the product! The price was pretty reasonable and they were very easy to fit coming with fixings and holes pre drilled saving me time and money! Thanks would recommend and return for more projects

Nobody's home !
I telephoned the company to enquire about a bespoke table in early March. The person on the end of the phone was clearly not having a good day/not interested and told me to email in. I did (on 10 March) asking for a quote .... no response at all. I liked the look of the product so emailed again (16 March). Still nothing. Either they are over worked or going out of business as they clearly don't want to make a table for me!

I’m extremely disappointed with the…
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support. This is the only company I’ve come across that won’t take any steps to resolve an issue or offer a reasonable solution.
The legs I received for the bar table are too short, making it unusable. All I needed was a simple exchange for the correct height, yet this was not accommodated.
There was no solution offered at all — the staff member could have at least suggested ordering the legs again with the correct height. I would have been happy to pay extra just to get the correct legs.
I have never encountered a company that is so unwilling to help its customers.

Good quality and Consistency over multiple orders!
I've used Pipe Dream Furniture a number of times now; first up was for shelving boards for a 'between wardrobes dark in a bedroom, and more recently on a livingroom remodel where I added a fireplace under the TV, a shelf above it, a coffee table and some short length shelves on once wall.
The quality of the wood is fantastic, and the finish is always consistent.
I did have a slight issue with one delivery; but the team very quickly revolved the issue and got my project work back on track!

It’s great to hear the consistency in the wood quality and finish has held up from your shelving to the more complex living room setup. When someone returns for several different pieces, that’s usually the strongest sign things are working as they should.
Sorry you ran into an issue with one delivery, but I’m glad the team was able to sort it quickly and get your project back on track. That kind of hiccup is never ideal, especially mid-renovation, so it’s good to hear it was resolved without too much disruption.
Appreciate you taking the time to leave such detailed feedback and hope the living room setup is serving you well now.

Order placed on 3/04 and today is 15/04…
Order placed on 3/04 and today is 15/04 item still not received despite having paid for 2-3 day delivery service. I have contacted the company they replied twice that the item will be with me tomorrow. Still no sign of delivery. FedEx hasn't even got the item so it hasn't been sent out at all. Really bad experience.

Mixed review
I ordered a hanging rail, towel rail and toilet roll holder. The towel rail and toilet roll holder are fabulous. Sturdy, funky, exactly what i wanted and expected and good value for what i paid.
The clothes rail however would not have worked without significant alteration to the design. Luckily my partner is a carpenter. The rail is not able to stand upright without loading it with clothes steadily without being countersunk into the wooden shelf. The "legs" do not steadily stand even without being altered. Very disappointed for the price

Item not received
I am unable to review the product as not received it. I ordered a new handrail on 31/3/2026 and not received yet, today is 14/4/2026. I contacted them last week, that was a waste of time. The email said 2/3 days delivery, I have been tracking it and it has been at the delivery depot since Thursday 9th but still no sign of it being delivered. So much for 2/3 days delivery!
18/4/26 Update. Contacted first thing on Wednesday 15/4/26, given no answers just excuses and still no signs of delivery. It has been knocking about at the delivery depot for over a week now and has probably been damaged. I get the impression Pipe Dream Furniture don't give a damn about customers they've had their money, end of. I also requested my delivery charge reimbursed, they said they would. Please bear in mind I had to request it they didn't automatically offer it, and I still haven't seen this. Customer Service does not exist! I shouldn't have to keep chasing this.

Top quality and prompt delivery
This is now the 4th shelf I have purchased from Pipe Dream Furniture.
As per the previous 3 purchases my order was delivered promptly, well packaged and the shelf was top quality.
