Pippd Opiniões

There are plenty of games on the website of this company and I decided to test this company. I am fond of playing chess and card, and wanted to acquire beautiful poker cards in order to flex in front of my friends, and they would certainly think that I am a pro player. I explored all the conditions concerning the shipping and delivery and actually I liked them all. It was a free shipping and I immediately ordered these cards. They were delivered within a day and I have already tested it in front of my friends, they were shocked and asked me for the contacts of this company. Awesome experience...

Excited to expand my collection of tabletop games, I found an online store that seemed to have a diverse selection at competitive prices. The site was easy to navigate, and I quickly placed an order for several items that caught my eye. However, the positive experience ended there.

Upon arrival, one of the games was missing from the shipment, and another was damaged, with a torn box and missing pieces, making it unplayable. I immediately reached out to customer service, expecting a prompt and straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with slow response times and a series of hoops to jump through just to address my concerns.

The process to get a replacement for the damaged item was convoluted and required me to provide extensive documentation and photos. As for the missing game, it took several back-and-forth communications before they acknowledged the oversight, and even then, the solution was delayed and unsatisfactory.

This ordeal has significantly dampened my enthusiasm for adding to my game collection and has made me wary of purchasing from this site again. It's disappointing when the joy of acquiring new games is overshadowed by such a negative customer service experience.

Having durable, reusable materials like 10-sided dice with numbers or dots makes our learning fun and engaging, and saves preparation time! I'm glad that there is everything you might need for a good time. My orders arrived quickly, without problems or defects.
