I have used Pixel a number of times on various projects . The service I received has been second to none . Great support and great quality products . I would highly recommend pixel for all your LED requirements.

We’ve purchased LED profiles and Zigbee switches from Pixel LX so far, and will be ordering tapes, drivers and the rest of the lighting kit from them shortly.

Jay has been genuinely excellent to deal with. He’s very knowledgeable and actually understands the technical side, which makes a huge difference when you’re in the middle of a complicated project and your head is already mashed from too many decisions.

He’s helped simplify things, sense-check choices, and steer us away from a few bad ones. Response times on WhatsApp have been super quick as well, which is rare and massively appreciated.

So far, a really solid experience and I’m confident continuing to use them for the rest of our lighting setup.

I had trouble with some products I bought from a different supplier. These went above and beyond to find compatible controllers for my system and supplied them in rapid time. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, 1000% reccomend.

I had a great experience with Pixel Lx. I received excellent guidance on what product would work best for my application. My order arrived quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Outstanding help was provided to a problem that was not caused by them. Highly recommended.

Consulted with these guys via instagram and got an immediate response they talked me through all the various options and gave me a full kit list within minutes, i had the full order invoiced and dispatched within a few hrs and recieved the goods the next day. Was a very refreshing experience and will definitely use these guys on any future projects.

Amazing lights! Great Value, Great Service! and to have the additional consultation and support during the installation phase is just genius! Great touch! Without this, it would have taken so much longer to install and get the remote programmed and working to its full potential. We almost gave up until I called Jay and he talked us through it. He made it seem so simple, but the options are mind blowing once you know how. Now we’re able to have all singing and dancing lights, or NOT, just at a touch of a button. Thank you!

The help that we received from the design all the way to completion was brilliant! I install led everyday but pixel made everything so simple and easy. All of the products are very good quality and also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Buying LED strips from the web for my bathroom project was a minefield of companies but PIXEL Lx stood out from the rest.
It's a UK based company with a great choice products and as it's my first time using LED's I was unsure as to which combination of products to buy so I called them up and spoke with Jay. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I made a list of products that I needed.
The postage was fast and well packaged.
The products themselves are really good quality, especially the power reducing "driver" which was beautifully designed and constructed of amazing anodised aluminium........just gorgeous from a geeky engineering perspective!

I now have 3 LED strips that light up my bathroom to create a back-lit mirror, a down-lit niche, and a nicely lit area under the vanity unit. All of these switch on with 1 switch and I can adjust the brightness and warmth using the free app which connects to the controller via Bluetooth.

I’m not an electrician and was given all the advice I needed for my project in relation to exactly what I needed. Communication was amazing with diagrams and links for all items sent to me. Shipping was super quick and really well packaged. Items were amazing quality and great value. I couldn’t believe how simple installation was even though my project involved cutting multiple led strips and connecting them together. The quality of the end result is better than expected too with a light source clearly well designed and made.
