Resposta da Pixly
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the unexpected customs fees. We’d like to clarify that customs duties and taxes for products shipped from the UK to France are determined by French customs based on the product's value. These fees are entirely beyond our control and separate from the delivery fees shown at checkout.
Misleading
Nowhere on their website does it state items are shipped from CHINA!
personalization is much smaller than shown on website.

Thank you for your feedback. We take customer concerns seriously and strive for transparency. Upon reviewing your comments, we believe there may be some confusion, as we do NOT ship any of our items from China. Additionally, we were unable to locate an order under your name in our records.
All orders are processed and shipped from the UK.
To help resolve this and ensure your experience is addressed appropriately, could you provide us with your order number or any related details? This will help us verify the purchase and investigate further.
