Sad to leave a 1 star review as I had high hopes. I ordered one of the electric pizza ovens on a Monday and it took two weeks to arrive. This was disappointing given that this far exceeds the time stated on their Web page and they make claims to using Parcel force as they are the best delivery company.
I plugged the oven in and it tripped the fuse circuit. I repeated a couple more times and the same happened. I emailed them, now 8 days ago and so far no response.

I’ve used Pizza United many times now and they never disappoint. I’ve bought pizza ovens and various accessories from them over the years, and the experience has always been fantastic.

The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do.

Their prices are very competitive compared to others in the market, and the quality of the products speaks for itself.

Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pizza pro, I can’t recommend Pizza United enough!

I bought a pizza tray. The tray I received was damaged. Sent an email to Pizza United and had no reply. However, after leaving a bad review I received an explanation that the tray was damaged during transport and the my email was simply missed. The company sent me a new tray without hesitation. So overall very good. The only fault being missing that initial email, which obviously can happen. It was, however, the main factor influencing my initial bad review. In any case, the whole situation was sorted. Thank you.

Very poor experience with pizza united. The item is faulty, trips our house electrics. I’ve been trying to get in touch and no response. Still waiting to hear back as need an address to return the item.

Been waiting for a refund on a faulty pizza oven for over 2 weeks! Can I just have my money back now please?

Delivery was quick, though tracking updates weren’t very reliable, and the lid could be easier to handle. Despite minor flaws, it’s worth the price. Definitely recommend for homemade pizza lovers!"

Paid for a pizza Oven, on their website it says it would be delivered in 48hours ( 2 working days ) they haven't shipped it yet and are ignoring all e-mails and Facebook messages, I've now requested a refund due to this incompetence but it looks like I may have to request a chargeback from my bank if they still do not respond.

Bought pizza cooker as requested gift. Smooth purchase and delivery very prompt. Item very much liked by recipient and judging from photos does an excellent job.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
I ordered a pizza oven (napoli) in good faith and the machine itself is faulty and simply does not work (at all).
I have sent this company now 6 emails and completed their online contact form 3 times all with zero reply.

I have since found the business ships from a storage unit called "big yellow storage" and their telephone number is a mobile number which is never answered despite multiple attempts.

This appears to be a "dodgy business" and Avoid at all costs !!! Dont make my mistake.

An excellent pizza maker, highly recommended! Very easy to use , to store . I can only recommend it!

Very prompt delivery. Pizza maker is brilliant. Easy to use from the outset and has probably to date has saved us money. Don't bother with takeaway pizzas, buy one of these.

Spent with this company over 3k, at beginning of course all fine and quick reply, after that they never reply back to my emails or messages. I need parts for my 6 ovens and been waiting over a month for a reply back.
